  7. I shared a status update, but I want everybody to have a chance to get these! https://shop.hdretrovision.com/collections/component-cables They are excellent component cables and while seemingly expensive, I can confirm they work great! Be sure to do their 240p test on your TV before ordering, or you'll be disappointed... http://www.hdretrovision.com/240p
  8. I'm still narrowing down my collection to the things I really want to own. I just can't help but pick up things in the wild. Everything has a price, but I'm happy to negotiate. I like to trade, so if you have a trade list, or a few pictures of stuff you would like to trade I'd like to look. I do have somethings listed in my signature, but that is just what comes to mind as I'm looking at that page. Like most of us, I don't always know what I want until I see it . I'm always interested in those "How to Win at" books, video game magazines, Codemaster books, and the like from the SNES/Genesis era back. If you would like to see more images, or have questions please don't hesitate to ask. Everything here is tested and working as it should. Images are below the wall of text, more to come as I get to test to confirm everything is working. Next Up: Intellivision. Prices do not include shipping. Colecovision Console: $50.00 (1 controller works great, the other has a iffy fire button, original power supply, no video cable included) Expansion Module 1: $15 Cosmic Avenger: $13 Buck Rogers Planet of Zoom: $5 Zaxxon: $4 Centipede: $7 (no end label) Donkey Kong Jr: $6 Donkey Kong: $6 Venture: $4 War Room: $4 Mr. Do: $6 Time Pilot: $7 Lady Bug: $5 Destructor: $8 Popeye: $6 Sega Saturn Doom: $20 (disk only) WWF Wrestlemania The Arcade Game: $16 (disk only) Alien Trilogy: $15 (disk only) Mortal Kombat II: $17 (disk only) Daytona USA Championship Edition: $13 (disk only) Guardian Heroes NTSC-J: $40 Pocket Fighter NTSC-J: $30 King of Fighters 95 NTSC-J: $10 (missing back art) Space Invaders NTSC-J: $8 After Burner II NTSC-J: $10 Fighting Vipers NTSC-J: $10 Sega Rally Championship 1995 NTSC-J: $15 Japan Super Bass Classic 96 NTSC-J: $5 Virtua Fighter 2 NTSC-J: $7 Find Love NTSC-J: $15 Fighters Megamix NTSC-J: $5 NES Top Gun Second Mission: $4 Skate of Die: $4 The Legend of Zelda Gold Cart: $15 (see image, color fading?) 9. I think my Game Genie has a stuck bit. I've haven't touched it in a couple years but I never had issues with it in the past. Last time I used it was on stock hardware, to grant infinite lives while playing the physical cart of Guntz's SML v3 Super Mario World hack, and enabling the feather cape to reach some hard to reach spots. Recently the Super NT gave me a renewed interest in everything Super Nintendo related, and I have run into so problems with the device itself. Anyway I made a youtube video of the behavior. (previous upload attempt aborted for some reason) Basically the third character on the code input screen entry appears to have a stuck bit in it. Upon reset, some codes entered have the wrong character assigned, and they still don't work properly when entered. It exhibits the same behavior on stock hardware as well as the Super NT. Is there potential to fix it, or should I just buy another one?
  10. Unboxing and first impressions of the playability of this brand new Super Famicom 1 on 1 fighter!! Released today - April 10th 2017
  11. All Found, Thank You! While I wait on the Colecovision---, my Payday is coming up again on the 2nd so looking into prices on some things and maybe hoping to make a deal! Some general notes I have when I look at buying consoles. I don't mind ugly consoles when it comes to physical condition (Missing labels. Torn of decorative metal bars, etc.), all I care about is: If it stays together and if it works well and say, doesn't need to be given a minor fonzi poke to run (Hitting it, etc.). Though I do expect said condition to be taken into account when suggesting a price. (In either direction!). When I ask 'and some games' I'm not /picky/ though (So this may be a good chance to sell some games you'd have trouble selling otherwise I guess? Idk!) I do prefer action/adventures/shumps/platformers/arcade games and don't care for sports much however. An Atari 7800 + Hookups and some Games Basically, as it says. Looking for an Atari 7800, It's hookups + at least one original controller for it (The Proline) and a few games. Common games are fine just as long as they work-- but I DO want 7800 specific games, since I have enough 2600 games for now. Deal Made! A Super Nintendo + Hookups and some Games. I consider this less of a priority than the 7800, but still looking for it as a key point of rebuilding my old collection. Looking for the system, it's hook ups. (AV Cable preferred. Will accept RF just fine.) at least one controller (can be third party, as long as it works.) and some games. Intellivison Games I'm specifically looking for someone who might sell me some games in a small bundle at a good price. The current games I currently have (and therefore, not interested in) are listed on my collection page in this link here under 'Intellivision Games'. There are some games I'm specifically looking for, Mainly, Nightstalker, Space Armada, Astrosmash and Pac-Man- though I'd be interested in seeing what others you might have.Deal Made! As I said, I get paid on the 2nd, so any closing of deals would need to wait until then, Please make a monetary offer, and we can work from there! Wanting to hear offers. PMs welcome. Links to what you have for sale welcome, etc, etc. It's all good. Worse comes to worse we can't agree and no hard feelings because that's how deals work sometimes~. Thanks for your time!
  12. Ten years ago, I had a decent understanding of emulators and what specs were required to run them. Times have changed and I haven't kept up with new technology very well. So, I'd like to ask for help from some of the current emulator users. I have some consoles I'd like to emulate and I have a few different computers availible, but I'm not sure if any of them can do everything I'm interested in. What I'll do is list the consoles I want to emulate, so you can get an idea of what I'm trying to accomplish. 2600 7800 NES SNES Genesis GBA TG16 PS1 PS2 I know that PS2 is the one that will require the most to run effectively, so if you have a suggestion on what emulator works the best for PS2 and if possible, a rundown of the minimum specs for it, that would be awesome. I have a desktop computer that I'm sure will run any of them, but I'd like to keep it more portable. So, I'm hoping one of my laptops will do the job. I also have a tablet, which I'd love to use, but it's very doubtful it has the muscle to do anything newer than the 16 bit consoles. I don't have the specs for everything availible right now, but If it will help, I can see what they are and post them tomorrow. Thanks in advance for any help. Edit: I just found the specs for what seems to be the most popular PS2 emulator and it's even beyond what my desktop computer could handle. Unless there is one out there that doesn't need as much as PCSx2, I'll just have to forget about emulating anything above PS1. I'd still like recommendations on what people think works the best for the other systems, on Windows and Android. Like I said, I haven't kept up with emulation in a long time, so I'm guessing a lot has changed. Also, I'm fairly new to Android, so I can use all the help I can get if I'm going to try and use my tablet for anything.
  13. Howdy! Today, I'm here to inform you that I'm creating "Nintendo Power FX" for the SNES. It uses the Super FX Chip 2 to manage detailed 3D polygons at an outstanding framerate! Play as Mario, Luigi, Samus, Megaman, Link, Donkey Kong, Diddy, and Yoshi as you rush through iconic levels from games. There is a battery save system. Levels include World 1-1, Yoshi's Island 1, Cutman, Jungle Hijinks, and many more! This project will take lots of time, as there has been no attempt (as far as I know) to make a 3D platformer using the Super FX chip. I will keep you peeps updated.

Boxes aren't perfect and have the original price stickers on them (what I paid). Retro receiver packaging has been cut open with scissors, naturally. Payment via PayPal (gift/family/friends if you have little to no feedback). Shipping within the USA only. I am open to trades, particularly Jaguar, PS1, Gamecube or N-Gage titles I do not have

  23. Hi guys, my name is Grazi and I'm from Brazil. Here in Brazil it's really difficult for collectors to find original game boxes, and when we find one it's not always in good conditions. So people love to buy repro boxes for their games, and the closer of the original, the better! The thing is, i'm moving to US and I would like to continue this work, but I'm still getting into your culture, so I would like to know if you guys like this kind of work, if you use to buy it, etc.. how do you like it? I already made game boxes for: Sega Genesis, SNES, NES, ATARI, N64, MASTER SYSTEM, GBA, GBC. And now I have this project of start making consoles/handhelds boxes also. You can see in the image below that I'm working on a GBC Yellow box, 100% vectorized (except the screenshots), and now I'm treating the background image in Photoshop. So I think the result will be really nice!!! I used to make repro boxes a long time ago, like this: (this material is different from what I'm using now) And this is an exemple of the new material I found: Now, few years later, I have studied Graphic Designer and I'm able to make a better job, because now I can improve the image so much more too. Just remembering, the images are not downloaded from websites and printed, they receive a long Photoshop treatment, and many icons and texts are all new (vector). So I would really appreciate if you guys could give some feedback of what you would like to see in terms of REPRO BOXES, like, 100% loyal to the original, custom version, etc. Just tell me
