I am giving away Little Deviants PS Vita Cart it does include a case but with no cover. Game works perfectly, who wants this?

This whole problem began about 4 weeks ago, when my PS Vita got soaked. It was so bad I was pouring water out of it, so I did the rice thing, and let it dry. It wasn't until a couple of days ago I tried turning it on. Nothing was the result, then yesterday I had this idea to take the back cover off and wait a day to see what happens. Still nothing, until I got this idea of unplugging the battery. I figured it might be a short, as soon as I plugged it back into its motherboard. It instantly turned out, and it fully booted as normal. Minus the Memory Card which I stored in another location. This was when I discovered that the Power Switch didn't work. I pressed it a couple of times and nothing. The switch does not work, so I am asking the experts here. Do you think the power switch went bad during all of this or what?

I have been playing Grim Fandango Remastered on the PS Vita and it is truly a great game. I admit I got stuck a few times but after finding a YouTube vid to guide me to solve that problem. But recently ran into an issue in the game that frankly got me stuck. I am at the point in Act 2 where you have to use this signpost to locate a tunnel, by moving the post around until you find the right spot and trigger the secret entrance. The real problem is even on a standard size screen your character is tiny during all of this but on the Vita screen your 1 pixel in size and nearly impossible to see. I have tried everything from magnifying lenses to magnifying glasses and even a combo and in some cases, you vanish. I really don't know what to do to make the screen bigger. I thought about getting a PSTV which are getting more expensive by the day on Ebay. Is there any way to connect my Vita to my TV? Like you can with a PSP? Or is there something I hadn't thought about?

The PS Vita is an absolute GEM of a system that I wish I had bought far sooner. Though it doesn't have the library of the PSP, it does have some very high quality titles, both AAA, western, and JRPG's in abundance. The purpose of this thread is to discuss all things VITA while it is still alive and beyond. Tell us about your favorite carts, limited releases, imports, and digital games. Tell us about your hacks and fun Vita projects. I for one am building my library now and hoping to import some carts that were never released stateside. Share the VITA love people!! Some basic info on the system: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayStation_Vita 20 games that defined the system: Metal Jesus Buying Guide for Vita

https://www.fangamer.com/products/undertale-ps4-vita I'm unsure of how many people here played Undertale, but this is a pretty big announcement if you ask me. I greatly enjoyed the game for the music and characters. Very nice game overall, and I'd say best played if done so unspoiled. I'm not surprised by a physical release for PC, but I'm pretty interested in how they handle some of the elements for the PS4/Vita... Considering some of the things that happen in-game. Any other fans of the game on the site?

Selling off some games I don't play anymore and are taking up space. I'd rather they go to a new home and to someone who will play/use them instead of sit around and collect dust. Buyer pays shipping (will do international) and I take payment via PayPal. Prefer it if the payment is sent as a payment - I'll pay the fees. I'm willing to take offers too, though I already have the prices dropped low so don't stretch it too far! I'll test every game that I can test before payment and shipping to verify that it works - if anything is wrong then I'll let you know immediately. Ask for pictures and ye shall recieve, it's time consuming to photograph every game individually before they're even close to sold but I'll try to get them ASAP upon request. Strikethrough means pending sale but not yet sold. PS2: Drummania (JP import) - $2 Lethal Skies (no manual) - $2 Final Fantasy X Greatest Hits - $2 Ys III (JP import) - $20 JoJo Ougon no Kaze (JP import) - $10 PC jewel case: $1 each. Beast Wars Transformers Close Combat Pandora's Box Police Quest Collection + SWAT Robots Red Baron II Star Trek Armada Star Wars Force Commander Star Wars Rebel Assault 2 Werewolf PC DVD case: Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30 - $3 Command and Conquer 3 (UK release) - $5 Command and Conquer the First Decade (double width DVD case) - $5 Darwinia - $2 Fallout Trilogy - $5 LEGO Rock Raiders (UK release) - $4 MechWarrior 4 Compilation - $15 (small box game. box is a bit banged up but it's still decent) Misc: Megadimension Neptunia VII - $10 (PS4) Trauma Center Second Opinion - $4 (Wii) Kirby's Epic Yarn - $5 Animal Crossing New Leaf Welcome Amiibo - $10 (3DS) Item Getter - $2 (DS import) Mushroom Men - $2 (DS) Gundam Blue Destiny Trilogy - $15 (Saturn) Mobile Suit Gundam - free with Blue Destiny Trilogy, $2 otherwise (Saturn)

Works on PS3, Vita, and PSP. I'm going to grab them all. MAME is better, but these are full of retro museum yummies.

So I am thinking about picking up a Vita. I've played it in the past and found it to be a wonderful system. My only worry is that they have dropped the OLED screen in favor of a cheaper LED. Does it make that big of a difference? Should I hunt around for an old Vita? Comment and discuss!

Just wanted to post a heads up, RPG's on PSN are on sale for PSP\Vita. This is very rare to happen and most are 3 bucks to 8 bucks each. I counted these: Class of Heroes Crimson Gem Saga Growlancer Wayfarer of Time Gungnir Hexyz Force Knights of the Nightmare Riviera Yggdra Union

It was suggested that I post in the marketplace that my latest book, My PlayStation Vita, is available on Amazon for $18.89, and in a Kindle version for $11.39. ARE YOU READY FOR SOME NEW CASTLEVANIA!?! So I did a google news search of "Castlevania", and supposedly there are two new titles coming out. The first is a sequel to Lords of Shadow, and is rumored to be available on the Vita and upcoming Wii U. The second is a platformer for the 3DS, which was described as a platformer with two playable charecters and a co-op mode. I'm not sure if this refers to simultanious New SMB type co-op, or weird Portrait of Ruin co-op. I am very excited for some new Castlevania handheld titles, as these are long overdue. Metroidvania seems to fit in with Nintendo portable like a fish to water. I'm not too sure how I feel about the LoS 2 game for Vita; my gut tells me that it will end up being a lot like the 360 release, visually stunning but not much of a game. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing a platformer on the Vita either. Anyone who has played Rayman Origins can attest to the the Vita's platforming chops. Comment and speculate away!

I have been reading many spirited debates about the graphical power of the 3DS vs the PSP. While we all know that the Vita is graphicly superior to both, how do the 3DS and PSP stack up against each other? Please discuss...

I am interested in investing in a new device for emulation and classic gaming. I currently have an iPhone 3GS. It is a wonderful machine for browsing the web and using multimedia stuff. However, the touch controls are abysmal, and I cannot seem to acclimate to them, no matter how much I try. This is a shame, as iTunes has some really nice classic games available for download. I am hesitant to purchase a third-party joypad given Apple's pattern of blocking them through firmware updates. Which brings me to my next question: what is the best mobile device that uses an actual gamepad? PSP: I had a hacked PSP-1000 a while back, and loved it. The layout of the buttons was just perfect for NES games, PS1 titles emulated flawlessly and most SNES stuff ran. Do the later revisions (Go, 3000) have a little more horsepower for emulation? Xperia Play: I am very interested in this machine. Can it emulate other systems as well, or better, than it's cousin, the PSP? Also, if I buy it without a contract (no phone service), can I still jailbrake it and get it to function as a gaming machine? Also, for the price (a little under $300), is it worth it? Galaxy Tablet: Will I get locked out of a third party controller with a sneaky update? And does it have the chops to handle smooth emulation? Android phones (misc): Any recommendations? Thanks!
