  1. Hello, I want to buy a working Atari Jaguar CD with cables... the base Station is already mine. Please make fair offers. Thank you in advance. Kind regards Sebastian
  2. Auctions End This Sunday, 7/11! I’ve decided to sell my indie Jaguar CD games collection and thought some of these may be of interest to the group. All are new and unplayed, professionally pressed releases (not CDRs) and starting prices are about what I’d originally paid or below. Some of these rarely turn up for sale anymore. https://ebay.com/usr/kurtori

  5. Hey All. Just looking for a good JVC X'Eye. I want to keep my Sega CD and my (future) Sega Model 2 in their original boxes. Thanks.
  6. Good to know the CD drive still works!
  7. I got a 32x recently, and now looking for a Sega CD, model 2 setup to finish up the collection. This is being connected to a model 2 Sega Genesis so I don't think I need anything related to connecting it to an original Model 1 Sega. I don't need any games with it at this moment. I just need the CD unit. Not interested in another Genesis console or anything. X3 Must also be working. EDIT: Only interested in offers from people, direct only. Thanks. I know how to search Ebay, etc and wouldn't be posting here if I found what I'm exactly looking for.
  8. Hey Guys, LONG time reader, first time poster here. I work in a classic game shop here in Dublin, Ireland. My job mainly entails repairing and refurbishing old consoles etc, anything from SNES to Neo Geo, Vectrex to Virtual Boy. I seem to have a knack at fixing these things, decent enough to stay in the job anyway But I find myself stumped... I recently acquired a Jaguar CD to sit atop my beloved Jag. It's probably my favourite console (GameCube and VCS competing), so I was chuffed to find a working unit for a somewhat-decent price. The issue is, it worked on arrival. But ever since, all I've been getting is the infamous Red Screen. I figured out it that this means a connection problem between the console and CD drive, so I disassembled the unit and cleaned the pins, as well as the cartridge slot on the Jaguar itself. I also repeated this inside the CD Unit, where the connector board meets the main board. Everything seems to be completely spotless... and nothing. Still the red screen. The laser will jump slightly, but nothing more. So I cleaned the board, made sure everything was sitting nice and flush in the case. I've heard of the placement of internal components such as the RF shielding causing poor the unit to make an improper connection but this doesn't seem to be the case here. As I said, the unit DID work at first, and has been well treated in my possession. I really love the Jaguar and would love even more if I could get my CD unit working. Help me Atariage, You're my only hope!
  9. So I bought Shantae Half Genie Hero yesterday at Lamestop (only place locally that had it) for all of $32 dollars including tax. It was one of the best game purchase values of my life as far as the packaging/price/contents/game quality mix goes. It came with no less than: -Box -Game in case -Thick full color Manual -Accompanying soundtrack CD If all games still came packaged like this i'd still be buying new consoles and games. The kicker is, I inserted the game and it fired right up, no hour long updates or servers to log into. Fun game too.
  10. Can someone explain this in the simplest of terms? I really want to burn myself a copy of Gem Race now that Felyx made that nice art for it. I have Jiffi and think its a great and simple program, but where do you go from there? Convert to what file, what type of cd's best to use, what program best for burning to a CD with windows 7-10? Etc. Thanks! From those of us that need our hand held
  11. Unfortunately due to current personally financial issues, I am forced to now get rid of my collection of rare and not rare video game soundtracks as well as some of my other music CDs which I have had some of these for over 15 years... Anyways if you are interested, here is the links to my Amazon store and Ebay Store: Ebay Store http://www.ebay.com/usr/kainchild?_trksid=p2047675.l2559 Amazon.com Store http://www.amazon.com/sp?_encoding=UTF8&asin=B000EWBCQ0&isAmazonFulfilled=0&isCBA=&marketplaceID=ATVPDKIKX0DER&orderID=&seller=A1R8H2BHTED8ZT&tab=&vasStoreID= I could not post all of my CDs on Ebay due to the limit it puts on new accounts so I am attaching zip files showing the CDs I could not post on Ebay. All sales of these CDs will be done through Ebay as I will empty up one CD for another as per requests placed on here. Game CDs.zip Game CDs 2.zip Game CDs 3.zip
  12. Hello! Long time lurker first time poster! I've always had an infatuation with the early Atari consoles because they were my dads video game systems of choice growing up -- so many fond memories of me playing Dig Dug as a child. However recently I've turned my interest to the Atari Jaguar system that I remember seeing commercials for growing up. Finding an actual Jaguar system locally was no problem -- some of the games are pricey or expensive but I've made it up to 13 cartridges with a few more on the way in the mail. I have also found there is an amazing Homebrew community that I'd love to start collecting for and participating in HOWEVER most of these require a Jaguar CD system. All the common avenues (best electronics, myatari) have dried up with units and ebay is riddled with "sealed" or bundled CD units for $500-1000. I don't need anything fancy, I just need a functional system and any games would be a bonus. Figure this would be the place to ask and even if you don't have a spare system yourselves maybe you know somewhere else to look for one. I also need plenty of Atari Jaguar games (preferably loose to save money) if anyone can help there either. PLEASE HELP, ATARIAGE!!! Thanks -Dan
  13. I'm looking to find these listed below: Plutos for the 7800 Will update soon will update soon
  14. I've been picking up Jaguar stuff as I see them. Everything was bought locally (Central Canada). I'm slowly building a decent collection and I hope to get a lot more. I'm planning on setting up an area at a local retro gaming convention and I think a Jaguar theme would be neat. If pictures don't load, you can see them here : http://i58.tinypic.com/30aqnwg.jpg http://i62.tinypic.com/5keq9v.jpg
  15. Okay the topic pretty much explains what I'm going for here. In this thread please don't be shy, include homebrews. Cart CD Rarity/Expense Iron Sodier 2 Iron Soldier 2 Cart Impulse X Impulse X Cart Is that it? There has to be at least 5-10 more. Someone mentioned frog feast was out on cart at some point? Let me know and I will update this list.
  16. Hi, everyone! I've got a complete Sega system that I'd be interested in trading for a TurboDuo, or maybe a Jaguar CD, perhaps a PS3 with some extras, or maybe even an Atari 5200 and cash or other incentives. If you have something you think might interest me, feel free to make an offer! Here's what I'm offering in addition to the Genesis (model 2), Sega CD add-on (model 2), and Sega 32X add-on: 1 Genesis controller, 1 Genesis-to-32X cable, 1 RF cable (also works with Playstation and SNES/N64/Gamecube). Also included is a custom power supply that powers all 3 units! You originally had to have 3 separate AC/DC adapters all plugged into the wall to power these systems, but this custom-made power supply eliminates clutter and lets you use only one outlet! Sweet! I am including the game "Golf Magazine Presents 36 Great Holes Starring Fred Couples" for the Sega 32X. I am also including Night Trap (32x edition) for the Sega CD. PLEASE NOTE: this is only a COPY, no the original; I am providing it simply so you can verify the functionality of the Sega CD unit. Let me know if you have any questions!

I have an ebay auction with the following Supercharger related stuff: Arcadia (Starpath) Supercharger (tested works) Original Stella Gets a New Brain CD that is Numbered 154 (Excellent Condition) Original Booklet (Some minor wear on binding - the glare in the image makes it look worse than it is) Original Jewelbox with Artwork Starpath Tapes: 2 copies Phaser Patrol, 2 copies Suicide Mission, 1 copy Escape from Mindmaster, 1 copy of Fireball Manuals for Communist Mutants from Space, Phaser Patrol, Killer Satellites and Escape from Mindmaster I also will include an adapter that I've been using to connect the Supercharger to my iPod. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F161114297321%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMESELX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1555.l2649 Thanks for Reading!
  18. I'm selling my CDX console with a couple disc only games. I have that "make offer" option there for a reason lol. Or if you want just the system and not the games or any variant of what I have listed, let me know on here and we can work something out. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53200-19255-0/1?ff3=4&pub=5574883395&toolid=10001&campid=5336500554&customid=&mpre=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fitm%2F251296465125%3FssPageName%3DSTRK%3AMESELX%3AIT%26_trksid%3Dp3984.m1555.l2649 I can't get the BBCode thing to work, it just takes you to a page that says "this item is no longer available". Sorry about that :/
  19. Hey everyone, I am looking for PC Engine HuCard and CD-ROM games. At the moment, I am only looking to work up trades, so please refer to my full, up-to-date collection list over at NintendoAge (http://www.nintendoa....View&clId=9892). I have a wide variety of systems, including the 2600/7800, NES, SNES, Genesis/32X/CD, Jaguar, Lynx, PS1, PS2, XBOX/360, Saturn, Game Gear, GB/GBC/GBA/DS, N-Gage, PSP, and a few others--hopefully we can work something out. The only thing I prefer to keep off-limits is my Dreamcast collection, but I might be able to make an exception depending on what you have. I am also open to normal Turbo Grafx-16 games (just got a Turbo DUO), but I'm mostly interested in PCE titles at the moment, or US/Japanese CD-based titles. Here are the PC Engine titles I have currently acquired and do not need: After Burner II Alien Crush (US/Turbo Grafx) Altered Beast Blodia Buster Bros. (PCE CD) Daimakaimura for the SuperGrafx (Ghouls 'n Ghosts) Dragon Spirit Daisenpu (aka Twin Hawk) Energy Fantasy Zone Genpei Tomaden (the original, not part 2 that we got as Samurai Ghost) Gradius Gradius II Gofer (PCE SCD) Kyukyoku Tiger (aka Twin Cobra) Legendary Axe Ninja Warriors OutRun Populous (PCE CD) Power Drift Salamander (Life Force) Space Harrier Spriggan Mark 2 (PCE SCD) Thunder Blade Youkai Douchuki Ys III (TG-CD)
  20. Hey there everyone I'm looking to buy a Neo Geo CD or a Neo Geo CDZ. I'm looking to buy it for $100 to $150 and for trade I have a like new copy Ikaruga for the Dreamcast or Shenmue II for the Dreamcast. Both games go for around $100 on Ebay so I think it will be a fair trade.
  21. Hi! I'm looking for some advice on replacement Dreamcast CD cases. I have seen quite a few on Amazon that look suitable, such as - - http://www.amazon.com/Memorex-Jewel-Cases-Clear-Tray/dp/B000067VC6/ref=pd_cp_e_2 And here's some "chubby" double CD ones, which I also need http://www.amazon.com/DOUBLE-THICK-CHUBBY-JEWEL-CD2R24DG/dp/B001JPDK1G/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1333377341&sr=1-1 As those of you who collect Dreamcast know, the original cases have a certain "thickness" and "shine" to them that is hard to imitate. The double CD cases are tricky to find, too. What have fellow collectors used or who have you bought from? SQUARE DEAL there on Amazon looks ok, but . . . . The other alternative I have heard is to purchase a lot of some sports title, discard the contents, and use the cases, which I am also considering! Thanks for any advice! -a2a
  22. So I have a Sega CDX and I couldn't be happier with it. But I recently got a game that seems to not want to play. Its "My Paint". Basically its like a painting game for kids (hey, I needed it for the collection....lol). So the game starts up and the scrolling title screen works fine and as soon as I press start the screen turns black. I thought originally it was loading the main menu or something but it just sits on this black screen forever. I thought maybe it was a scratch on the disc so I looked and turns out yes, there were some moderate scratches. So I took it back to the store and the resurfaced the disc for me no problem, disc looks great. Put it back in the CDX and the same thing happened. So I'm wondering if maybe this is one of the few games that won't play in a CDX. I've heard of other games that do this like Terminator and Jurassic Park, but Terminator works great on mine. Anybody have a clue? Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks! Tyler
