Just got Ms Pac Man today. Havent got a chance to play. All I can say about it now is the box art looks good. :-) The box says you can play as 3 different characters. This should add alot of replay value and fun! Thanks Intelligentvision! Post your impressions...

Edit - these items have now been spoken for, thanks for all of the responses! While parsing off my old Intellivision collection to sell, I have a lot of "misc" items that are not really sellable - if anyone wants this group of items, all they have to do is pay shipping via paypal (USPS Large Flat Rate Box $21.90, some of the more common/poorer condition Intellivision boxes will be carefully shipped flat). Or if you want to drive your way to Central Oregon in the snow you can pick this up for free. Items of note: * Intellivision 2 console (no power supply or RF connector supplied, but does come with 2 controllers) - if you plug it in with a proper power supply the light comes on but it behaves as if the reset function is always pressed. If you can fix that, you likely have a working Intellivision 2 console. * World Series Baseball cartridge and box. I can't get this game to work on an Intellivision 1 or 2 (a shame since it seems quite rare!) * Checkers shell (with standard screws in back) and manual - yet somehow the game inside is a working copy of Sea Battle. What crazy person swapped out the ROM 30 years ago? * Boxing game, manual, boxes, x3 overlays. But I can't seem to get it working fully (the title screen comes up, but press any button and the screen clears) * Overall 10 boxes of varying condition * Several paper backers that went to the overlays. * A few plastic trays for boxes

Edit: Everything's sold now! In my earlier intellivision games for sale thread I offered a variety of intellivision games for sale. What didn't sell directly to atariage members I've now put on ebay on a week long auction. See below for a listing of lots (with starting bids lower than what I originally asked here) Edit #1 - I've cross out all items sold so far, plus started adding some of my commons bundled into themes. Intellivision Games (Imagic) - 13 games, some with box/manual/overlays, Tested Intellivision Games (Coleco) - 7 games, some with box/manual/overlays, Tested Intellivision Games (Activision) - 5 games, some with box/manual/overlays,Tested Intellivision Intellivoice + 4 Intellivoice Games (some with box/manual/overlay) Intellivision Games (Parker Brothers) - 3 games, one with box/manual, Tested Intellivision Games - Commando, Hoverforce, Blockade Runner (Boxed/Tested) Intellivision Games - Champ Tennis, Slap Shot Hockey, Super Pro FB(Boxed/Tested) Intellivision Game - Tower of Doom with Box/Manual, Tested Intellivision Games (Sports) 10 Games, some with box/manual/overlays, Tested Intellivision Games (Mix) 22 Games, some with box/manual/overlays, Tested Intellivision Games (Uncommon/loose) - 6 games inc. Thin Ice, Pac-man (INTV) Intellivision Games (Mix) 16 Games, some with box/manual/overlays, Tested And while it isn't Intellivision, I have a couple of CBS Video Games Joystick Stick Stands for the Atari 2600 that I bought but never used. I know nothing about the true value of these, other than the top search result points back to a 2013 atariage post trying to sell one! Just looking to get them out of the house, auction is here: CBS Video Games 2xJoystick Stick Stand for Original Atari 2600 Controllers

Hello everyone, just a quick heads up about an interesting article published in the latest issue of Retro Gamer. It is an article about the making of Utopia. There is a candid interview with Don Laglow and some useful playing tips (see pics). Best wishes and enjoy!

Hi everyone, I just bought the Programming book for intybasic (I used to be very good with basic & pascal language), so I thought this would be really fun to try to write games for the Intellivision. However, I am already hitting a snag just trying to get it to print "Hello World". I checked out a video by Gray Defender to help me, but I still keep getting an error message. It is stating it is unable to open input file. Would anybody have any suggestions? It looks like I have all of the text correct on the .bas file. I was having other errors but manage to at least show the compiler is working now. I have a 64 bit computer & a 32 bit computer, and I get the same message on both.

Time for another Cmart mini-collection. This time we'll look at all the ECS games, including all variations, as well as all the hardware. Let's start with an overview of everything. (Except the bloody ECS Synths, which I forgot about and had to include later). This includes all the variations of the 6 games, 13 in total, plus the two new Intelligentvision games just for fun (and completeness ). There are also two versions of the ECS Computer Module, the more common white version (the North American release), and the less common brown version (for PAL land). There are also white and brown versions of the ECS Music Synth, but strangely they both come in the box with the white Synth on the front. For reasons I'm not clear on, I now seem to be able to only post one picture per post, so I'm going to take up the next nine posts to fill in the details. And now for the usual disclaimer....if anyone finds something ECS related that I don't have, you know what to do. I'll make it worth your while. (In trade Rev, and by that I mean games.)

HI guys, I thought I'd make my 2500th post count so here's some pics from my recently completed Digimed/Digiplay Intellivision collection. To the best of my knowledge, after spending most of this year focusing on completing this part of my Intellivision collection, I believe this to be one of the few complete CIB Digiplay collections in North America and Europe. I spoke at length with Roger (Psychostormtrooper) about this stuff as he is one of the experts on these variations and had a complete collection himself at one point. He has since sold off all of his Intellivision stuff and I bought the last part of his collection which included 7 or 8 CD/DVD's of images including his Digiplay stuff. We were unable to determine with certainty whether a couple of titles that were shown on the INTV2/Digiplay2 box were in fact released as neither he nor I have come across them. With that said, if anything else is found, it'll be on my want list (there is another catalog I'm aware of), but until that time, here is what a complete CIB cartridge and systems collection looks like. Enjoy. The first shot is the original 30 games, the rest on the other shelves with the systems are duplicates. (The normal looking Intellivision boxes on the middle right shelf are Bandai Intellivision games, my 2012 collection goal. )

Been looking for a realistic Intellivision game disassembler. What gets me is that Colecovision has decent emulators and Mame is so limited Atari has theirs but Intellivision is not only lacking since Bliss went nowhere. I mention Bliss because it was extremely load a game and go. No fiddling with front ends or cli. So this leads us to a disassembler. I would love to have an emulator that has a built in debugger and disassembler or better yet just a really good disassembler. My biggest quest is to figure the scrolling routine for Cloudy Mountain as well as other games. If anyone has ideas, direction, code for cloudy mountain or anything to help me write new games for the Intellividion then please chime in. TIA

I know, I know, I said the last update was the final one. But I came across some manuals I forgot I had. Without further ado: Dig Dug for Intellivision (HTF because it was released late in the Intellivision's life cycle, when INTV Corporation was running the show, largely through mail order) SOLD Missile Command for Atari XE Game System (HTF manual since it was never available at retail; the manual was only included with the purchase of an Atari XE Game System since the game was built-in to the console itself) Moonvasion for TI-99/4A (HTF because Moonbeam Software was an indy game development company and their distribution was not all that impressive) SOLD Please send me a PM with interest and I would be happy to get pics and prices your way. Thanks.

I have a Raspberry Pi with Retropie which I got running thanks to YouTube videos but otherwise I don't understand how to make these roms work. I am trying to play this new Frankenstein rom and I see the title in freeintv but when I start the game the screen goes black and it takes me back to the games list. How can I get it working?

I picked up a minty Sears Super Video Arcade last month and have been enjoying it a lot. Looking to build a collection, including trying to get my hands on all of the Sears-branded "Super Video Arcade" titles. Here are the ones I'm still looking for, CIB: Backgammon Snafu If you've got one or more to sell, please send me a PM and we'll see what we can put together. Thanks!

Looking to purchase the Atarisoft version of Pac-Man for the Intellivision, complete in box (stock image below for reference). If anyone has one they'd be willing to part with, please send me a PM. Thanks!

Here we have an Intellivision Console Bundle Complete In Original Box with 5 games. Everything has been fully tested and works great. Includes all original cables. All games are complete in box except for Tron Maze-a-Tron, which is missing the manual and one of the overlays and has masking tape all around the outside of the box. The console is in fantastic shape. The faceplates have very few scratches on them, something that is fairly uncommon to see - they're usually all scratched up in my experience. I tried to point out the couple of imperfections I noticed on the faceplates with zoomed in pics. The box is pretty worn but holds its shape well. A hairdryer might be able to get that tape off without scarring the box but I haven't tried that myself. One of the box ends is still factory sealed and that end still has the styrofoam insert, too. Here is everything that comes in the bundle: - Intellivision Console (power supply & cord is built-in) - Original Console Box - AV cable (will need a separate, cheap RF adapter to connect to the coaxial input of more modern TVs) - RF switchbox (rendered mostly useless these days) - Console Manual - Intellivision ad/booklet - Five games: Bowling, NFL Football, Space Armada, Space Battle and Tron Maze-a-Tron Please see pictures for exact condition of everything. Looking for $120 plus shipping. Please PM me to purchase. Thanks!

A conversation on the ColecoVision forum has taken an interesting turn: AA member grips03 has expressed interested in creating an adapter that would allow 9-pin Atari controllers to be used on the Sears Super Video Arcade and Inty II. He is asking what the new controller should look like. He can hack an existing PCB or even create a new one. What would you like to see? Here's a link to the beginning of the Intellivision discussion: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/210993-using-sega-controllers-with-colecovision/page__st__25?do=findComment&comment=2733002

I am looking for a functioning Intellivision console. I'm not really concerned about games, just that the console has been tested and works. And if you know how to use it on a modern tv I'd appreciate the help. If there are some games with it, that would be great. We can negotiate price. Thank you!

Hello folks! This video shows the upcoming Mattel Intellivision game “A Tale of Dragons and Swords” developed by Kai Magazine, published by Elektronite and based on an idea of Valter Prette. In this video you can see the intro, six minutes of uninterrupted game-play and after that, you can see several levels of the dungeon, enemies and key elements of the game. At the end of the video you can see an epic fight against a huge dragon: The game is finished and in the beta-testing process. This game features different difficulty levels, in-cartridge game save, different graphics and musical tracks for the dungeons, many multi-coloured enemies, 99 levels of experience for the player/character, shops, magic items, new abilities, 3 endings and much more, all in a big capacity cartridge (the game is 200Kb aprox). The musical tracks are composed by John Hassink (TNT cowboy, Antropomorphic Force) and the cover is illustrated by Miguel Angel Jimenez (TNT cowboy, Antropomorphic Force). We hope you like it!

I bought directly from Nurmix FB control to INTV 1 long cord adapters. I heard the FB has all the circuits right but confused pin numbering conventions somewhere, therefore making a mirror image pin map. If that's true, then INTV 2 and INTV FB adapters can be made with this middle adapter: A1 F5 A2 F5 A3 F3 A4. F2 A5. F1 A6. F9 A7. F8 A8. F7 A9. F6 And since At Games has consistently made this mistake, then this would be a universal x original to x flashback adapter Also wouldn't be bidirectional going both to FB consoles and from FB controllers?

Hello I just got something in the mail today from a friend. He saw this along his route to work pre-Covid and it was I believe a hundred bucks. First day salvation army was open from Covid he checked and this was something like 10 bucks or less. Since all of our friends that are Circle all look out for each other and help each other when we can and think everyday could potentially be Christmas so we don't have to intentionally go out of our way and feel artificial during Christmas and birthdays, when we treat each other like any day could be potentially a Christmas or birthday. As you can see in the picture it's an intellivision two style keyboard adapter and keyboard, along with the Genesis style one controller and an official Sega 9 pin extension cord. Obviously the first one is the star, but maybe someone modded the Genesis joystick to work with Intellivision. If so that would be kind of cool. May I have a place where there's more information about this on AtariAge? Is there a PDF of the instruction booklet somewhere? I doubt there are many games that are compatible with it. Tell me which ones they are and I'll see if I have them. I also noticed a cassette audio port and an auxiliary port and a remote port and a separate power port. I assume it's not going to work without a power supply. Is that correct? If it does need a power cord may I please have the proper voltage polarity and pin size from a universal adapter?

Does it increase the value of an Intellivision if you composite mod it? Or do people prefer it kept in it's original condition? I just got a bunch of old Intellivision 1s from a second hand store and I'm wondering if composite modding them would increase or decrease their value.

Let's start the official Castlevania for Intellivision thread. Here is a first look on the game's graphics. Please remember this is still WIP and our graphic artist is still working and polishing them. Also, the screens you see here are for illustration purpose and don't necessarily represent the stage layout as they will appear in the final game.

In this video I'm playing BurgerTime while talking a little about how much this sells for, if it will be on the Amico, and compare it to the 2600 and ColecoVision versions. I see some Data East collections out there and have seen this game in an Arcade 1Up cabinet and those mini My Arcade cabinets. And the Amico Wikipedia page lists BurgerTime so it looks like it will be but I don't recall Tommy mentioning it but I could have missed one of the 8,000 interviews he's done.
