  1. BLACKOUT! Is officially released and ready for purchase! For the moment we only have 23 copies available (out of the planned 25 due to bad chips). If these copies do well, we will do a second release of 25 carts, and then a third larger release for CD. Followed by the free binary release! Key features of the game: • BJL Loader. Yes, that’s right! This game can also be used as a development tool for aspiring coders! • Game Box Printed in non-laminated uncoated cardstock similar to the original box style and designs used for old Jaguar releases. We went against the glossy boxes because lamination peels over time. This release includes original Atari bags, white cardstock inserts, and game instruction card. Each box is numbered. • Game Features 4+stages with over 40 levels total. Power-ups, a timer, pumping music by C-Trix, and some goofy extras. This game is more than just another lights out. Media: NOTE: 50hz PAL Mode is disabled in this release. This is due to originally starting with buggy video code and finding this out much later in development. Reworking to accommodate PAL video mode would be more trouble than its currently worth at the moment, which would delay the release considerably. We apologize in advance for those using only PAL systems, however a 50/60HZ Mod switch will take care of this as the video mode for the game only runs in NTSC 60hz. If booted on a PAL machine it will display an error message informing of the swap necessary. Future developments have already had this issue resolved and should not be a problem. We personally dont believe in releasing a certain number of hard copies and then not making it available to download for those that have missed out and causing people to resell releases for insane prices. Hence the free release later on. We hope this helps curb the issue a little bit... Your continued support of homebrew development releases from ANY group will allow developers to continue releasing hard copies for those that would like them. Check out website for a Paypal purchase link and please limit to 1 copy if possible so everyone may have a chance. If the link doesn’t allow you to purchase anything, that means we ran out of copies. Enjoy!! www.stormworksinteractive.com
  2. Great seller! Bought a CIB Jaguar CD Memory Cart from him for a great price. Shipped out the next day, arrived two days later, and was excellently packed. I hope he sells more stuff I'm wanting so I can buy from him again!
  3. Hi everyone. Yesterday i was configuring my control settings in Virtual Jaguar but accidentally delete the default setting and now i cant enter the controller setting because the emulator crash and closes inmediately. The question is: Its any way to reset the settings? I cant find the configuration file of Virtual Jaguar anywhere. Thanks in advance.
  4. Hi everyone, I've been searching high and low for an atari jaguar console, and i can't seem to find one without paying the ridiculous eBay prices for one that may or may not be functional when i receive it. Does anyone have one they'd be willing to part with? MUST SHIP TO CANADA. Paypal ready, Thanks.
  5. Hello! So far we have the Jag Bar and a podcast creating awesome content for the Atari Jaguar fans. I'm also going to step up and do what I can! My friends and I have spent the past couple of months testing and filming a lot of Jaguar related stuff and I'd like to share the first of many videos with you guys. This guy in the video has never seen or even heard of the Jaguar until I told him about it and this is the first time he's seen or held the controller. I hope you guys like it and I look forward to putting up a lot of stuff.
  6. Need to quickly move out of my parents house and these are sadly among the assets being liquidated. Venmo, Cashapp or PayPal preferred payment methods. You will have to pay shipping because I do not have any money 😘 Both less than a year removed from being new and have been stored in a cool, dry, dark box. Covid stimulus impulse purchase liquidation sale, offer me an amount you think would be fair & can afford- if you do, it is yours. Jaguar Cart has 8 games, most of them are good and it can be re-programmed to your favorites if you have the know-how. Everdrive is an Everdrive. What you see is what you will get.
  7. Hey all! So I’m loading up on stuff for my newly purchased Jag CD. I keep coming across a “Bypass Cartridge” while looking for Memory Tracks. Curious if someone can tell me what that is? You’d think it would be easy to Google but for some reason I’m not having much luck through Google or YouTube. I’m assuming it’s completely different than a Memory Track? Any help would be super appreciated. Thanks!
  8. Hey everyone! Just wanted to get a feel for how everyone enjoyed Season 13. It was my first full season administering the HSC, and it was more work than I thought it would be! This topic is to offer your thoughts for the games and structure of the season ahead. For example: -Should we stick to more common games, so more people can participate? -Should we be playing newer releases, to mix it up and for the fun of it? -Harder or Easier game modes? -Other thoughts. Let me know that and what games you would like to play in the discussion before. Thanks, and looking forward to the start of Season 14, March 1st 2019!! Best, -Rick
  9. Dear all, Please enjoy my lovely podcast interview with the legendary James "Purple" Hampton - he is probably best known for being the producer of arguably the Jag's best game - Alien Versus Predator: http://www.arcadeattack.co.uk/podcast-march-2-2018/ The interview also includes lovely info and stories on his work at LucasArts, the legendary people he worked with, his views on the Jaguar, a lovely tribute to Lance Lewis and much much more... There is also a streamlined written version of the interview here: http://www.arcadeattack.co.uk/james-hampton/ Audio version can also be found on the following links: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/arcade-attack-podcast/id1174983594 https://www.stitcher.com/podcast/arcade-attack-retro-gaming-podcast http://arcadeattackpodcast.podbean.com/?source=pb https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNUtmwXTq_4
  10. Today, Hal Hawkins, the owner, creator, and director of the On Fire! Championships, announced its first inaugural NBA Jam championship tournament to debut this October 4 at the Hilton in College Station, TX. The tournament will consist of a 1v1 Championship open to 256 entries and a 2v2 Championship open to 128 teams. The tournament will feature the game NBA Jam T.E. for the Super Nintendo System and will be played in HD on large, flat screen TVs and a massive, championship projection screen. “I have always dreamed of having a large and fun tournament for this game since first playing it 20 years ago,” said Hawkins. “The love of retro games, especially NBA Jam, continues to exist among millions of people today. As a businessman, gamer, and former college athlete, I want make sure this event is of the highest quality, competitive, and rewarding. I want everyone to enjoy the game as much as I do and come compete in this tournament for many years to come.” The tournament will include a cash purse for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in both Championships and “The Flame”, a tall, flame-shaped trophy in honor of the game’s trademark feature, which is awarded to each Champion. The tournament will be streamed live on the On Fire! Championships website. For more info, visit http://onfirechampionships.com
  11. I need an atari expert to tell me exactly what i have. I got this atari stand from my uncle who said its from the late 70s its about 5 foot tall bottom is black glass the red thing on top is not part of it. I can get better pics too if needed. I would like to know what console or computer belongs on it and how rare it is. Maybe value too. I was told its supposed to have an atari sign on the top too. He said he might have it in his attic but please any info greatly appreciated
  12. If Atari did make a new console, what would be some ideas? Don't talk about an dedicated ones though like the Flashbacks cause those exist. Would it be CD's, Cassettes or Cartridges? Would it be a cheap "Under 50 bucks" console to give you an old feeling? Or... would it be an advanced 500$ console that has internet, blue-ray, etc. to compete more with Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo? (Maybe SEGA soon) What would it's name be? Add: There was an interview from 2009 or 2010, that had the SEGA guy talking about how he wants to make a Dreamcast 2, but lets stay on topic.
