I had this machine for a very long time in my collection of weird clone hardware, this one is probably among my rarest ones. Is a 64k pc similar to an commodore 64, that has a famicom built in, its a weird specimen even for famiclone standard, it uses a specific 5v ac adapter, wich makes some games have sound error's and visual glitches. Uses nes ports for the controllers, and has an expansion port that i still have no clue whats for, i have two of these but this is the only one that i have that has a fully working keyboard, the machine was bought in 1992 from a magazine number in CDMX, is a very interesting piece of clone hardware, and the last of the 3 bit corp computers. Im thinking about trading it for other weird clone console, or maybe another Gentry sufami clone to fix mine, if someone is interested pm Anyway, has someone ever heard of these computers by BitCorp before?

My dad recently showed me a game he picked up years ago at a yard sale. I have never seen anything like it. It is a Nintendo NES game cartridge. The game is SMART BOY Tetris. It is in a plastic box with game instructions. Appears it was a rental game. Anyway, it is obviously super rare. If anyone knows anything regarding it's worth or is interested in buying it, please contact me, as it will probably be going on Ebay soon.

Happy Holidays To all, Barb and I wish you the best for the holidays ****Coming very soon **** Sega combos. Many variations will be available, including the CD, the CD platform and so on. If you have any interest in these, send me a PM indicating which or what combinations you are looking for. How many times have you seen a console setting on a shelf,or a table, and covered in a fine layer of dust or sticky fingerprints? Dust and sticky stuff is not our friend! And its certainly not a friend to our consoles. So, a dust cover is not only "eye candy" but it keeps that console killer, dust out. Oh,lets not forget those other killers, foreign objects, unknown liquids, and little kids. And it adds a touch of cool to your collection *****And to all of you sending prayers our way, Barb and I thank you.******* Leukemia is for lack of a better description a life changer.Since I was diagnosed with this a year and a half ago, our lives have seen the entire range of emotions. I was told that I had 1-2 years left when they 1st found it. Then after a very aggressive pattern of chemo and blood transfusions, it went into remission 4 months ago. But now its back again, and I have to be very worried about infections. So we are back to the chemo again, and hope that another miracle will occur. After a depressing vist with the Dr. it appears that choices of treatment , have become limited. I can either go to the hospital for a month where they would treat this with a very very aggressive chemo, or I can get a milder version , given as a shot for 5 days, every month. The choice is becoming clear, and it is Quality or Quantity. I have chosen the quality, and with that I am not sure where it will go. I will say that at least I have been given the option, which alot of people do not get.And after the second go around with the Chemo, I am holding my own.I cannot decide which is worse, a round of 15 shots or getting a bag hooked up for an hour at a time. Bottom line, with Barbs help, and the amazing drugs I soldier on. Again thank you to all who send us best wishes. Since my wife(Barb) started making these covers over 16 years ago,she has continued to expand the choices.I am posting a lot of pictures so you will be able to see all of the choices available. For those of you just seeing these for the first time,we have been selling on Ebay over 15 years,Atari Age over 5 years and have sold covers to buyers worldwide! Covers for the Atari 400 and 800 now available with Red or White logos. . These are all custom made, from"pleather" which is a type of vinyl/leather.Easy to clean, and maintain Yes,we will accept Paypal-verified *******Shipping, no problem with going out of US, as long as you know I have nothing to do with USPS pricing******* Yes, we will combine shipping. And yes, we will give a discount when multiple items are bought. ******Note***** While most of the pictures show the cover installed on an actual console,a few do not, which is why they look dis-sheveld OK,pricing is as follows: 3DO $31.00 Atari 1050(Floppy Drive) $17.00 Atari 5200-$18.00 Atari 5200 Trak- ball-$16.50 Buy both of the 5200 units(Console and Trak-ball) $32.00 Atari 2600-$18.00 Atari VCS-$18.00 Atari 2600 Heavy Sixer-$18.00 Atari Jr/Rainbow-$14.00 Atari 7800-$18.00 **Atari Specials all 4 covers $60.00= 2600,7800,5200, and 5200 Trakball Atari Jaguar-(white)-$16.00 Atari Jaguar-(red)-$16.00 Atari 400- White or Red Logo-$17.00 Atari 800xl-$18.00 Atari 800 Red or white logo-$19.00 Atari Jaguar CD-$18.00-White or Red lettering Colecovision Console $18.00 Colecovision Roller Controller$16.00 Colecovision Module 1(Atari Adaptor)- $15.00 Colecovision Module 2-$18.00 Buy all 4 for $65.00 Commodore 64-$18.50 Commodore Vic 20-$18.50 Commodore C128- $18.50 Commodore C16-$18.50 Fairchild Channel F -$22.00 **Has cutout for power cord and joystick cords** Intellivision(Master System)-$18.00***With running man logo*** Intellivision II-$16.50 Both Intellivision Special Covers $32.00 Intellivision=INTV III- $18.00 Magnavox Odyssey II $25.00 Mattel Aquarius Computer $16.00 Nintendo-NES 101 Red or White Lettering-$16.50 Nintendo/NES White or Red Lettering-$17.50 N-64-White or Red Lettering-$17.00 SNES-White or Red Lettering-$17.00 Sega Dreamcast-orange-$18.00 Sega Dreamcast blue-$18.00 Sega Dreamcast Red- $18.00 Sega Genesis II-$16.50 Sega Genesis-16 bit $18.50 Sega Saturn -$18.50 Sega Master System -$16.50 Sega Mega Drive- $17.50 Sega Mega Drive II - $16.50 Sears Video Arcade II $18.00 ***Looks like the Atari 7800 Sears Tele-Games(Atari 2600) -$18.00 Sears Tele-Games(Atari Heavy 6r)- $19.00 Sony Playstation 1 $16.50 Sega Mega Drive- $17.50 Sega Mega Drive II - $16.50 RS 80/Tandy/Radio Shack Computer-$19.00 Texas Instruments 99/4a $18.50 Turbo Graphx 16/TG 16 $18.00 Vectrex Dustcover Black /w/ Blue ,White,Red logo $38.00 Vectrex Cover Gray with Black/Blue $38.00 XBox(Original) $25.00 PM me for additional questions And Thanks for looking. Over the past few years we have had numerous requests for consoles and computers that we do make. The reason we do not make them is because we have not had the actual console/ computer to use for a template. Buyers say, well I can give you the dimensions or send a picture. The problem is that dimensions do not take into account all the curves, bends, protrusions etc that are common on these units. So, working from supplied dimensions almost never works. Barb and I are not as mobile as we used to be, so trying to find these computers/ game consoles is a crap shoot at best and a waste of time at worst. What we can offer is this.If you have a console/computer, preferably a parts shell unit, that your willing to send us, we will make a cover for it and send it back at no charge! Now, we are not interested in units that are so obscure that there might only be 100 in the world. Obviously for us to make the cover there has to be a market of some kind, so please keep that in mind. So, shoot me a PM, let me know what your looking for and we can see if we can help each other!

PM me if interested. I am happy to announce that I have made 40 copies of Cowltiz Gamers Adventure. This is the standard release, but will be limited in supply and not made in huge quantity. I have the capability to make more if I can secure more donor carts(PM me if you can help). Proceeds of the game will go to help support CJAC, pay for costs associated with Cowltiz Gamers for Kids, and further fund homebrews associated with the show to raise funds for CJAC. The shows I have help organize have raised $47,500 over the last six years. Folks such as yourself have helped so much. This is a brand new homebrew game that was built for Cowlitz Gamers for Kids Show this year. The game was programmed by Lukasz Kur and music by Robert Janota. The illustration manual and box was done by M-Tee Retro Graphics, with the cart and board production by Joe Parcell of memblers industries. A huge thank you to wafflefoot(NA qixmaster)for the box, manual, and label printing as well. Each game comes with a box, manual, standard cart, original new dust sleeve, box protector, foam insert and recycled plastic bag. The second run was made possible by having a local store(Classics and Oddities) donate 40 donor carts, as well as Johnny Mono(Mono@studiomonoandme.com) that placed them on cart for me. This was a huge undertaking for a good cause and am grateful for all the support. At this point, I want people who are interested in a copy of the game to post below. The game will be $60 shipped in the lower 48 states. I do ship to Canada for $5 more. Worldwide payment will be $75 shipped. Thank you to all who were patient with the second release to be done and alot of hard work from my close friends. Thank you to Qixmaster and Johnny Mono went into this unlimited release happening. The carts for this second run were donated by a local game store(Classics and Oddities). Also, the end of this video showcases what the game looks like. PM me if interested and add your name below.

A lot of people on a certain fighting games enthusiast websites says the NES Advantage was a better constructed joystick than the Beeshu SuperStick. I thought the Beeshu was automatically better because it was the only one that had what I was looking for a right-handed fightstick, a back then they were called joysticks because they weren't specifically for fighting games and yes I try to use a joystick in every game that doesn't require either a analog joystick or pad ergonomics. (Shoulder buttons). Since very few people understood my pain on that website about having to get a custom stick for the Sega Genesis just to be able to play Street Fighter 2 New Challengers and way more people understand it at atariage just because of the fact that way more if you had their childhood arcade quarters plunked before the crash. The question I'm try to figure out is whether or not the only Advantage the Beeshu had was right handedness. I receive you primarily play video games with left stick if given a choice you have a choice between the NES advantage and the Beeshu Superstick. I assume most people who preferred right stick bought a Beeshu. but I'm trying to figure out how many left-stick people preferred Beeshu because the Beeshu was constructed better than the advantage. plus how many people that were right stick wish they had a right stick version of the advantage because they thought that had the better construction but thought Ergonomics trumps construction. Most people on at fighter site didn't even mention the word Beeshu until I brought it in that site's vocabulary. They thought the only option was Advantage or import. I left the option for any other joystick you thought was the best construction. I severely doubt any of the other pretenders got as high marks as Advantage or Beeshu, but there are all types of people in the world otherwise there wouldn't be a need for custom joysticks even in the 90s when I had to go to a handicap goods place in California to get it made.

Does anyone know where I'm going wrong with improving my NES? I've owned it since new but it's been in storage for 15 years until recently. Some of the games worked but intermittently. The first thing I did was cut the pin to the NES10 chip which worked. Then I manually bent the pins on the cartridge connector for a tighter grip and sprayed some WD40 branded electrical contact cleaner on the cartridges. This helped a bit. Then I removed the 72 pin connector and boiled it as recommended elsewhere, and cleaned the motherboard connector with a fibre pen, then wiped it with nail varnish remover and cotton buds. Since then it hasn't loaded a single game. Just a grey screen. I bought a new 72 pin connector, and cleaned every cartridge with the nail varnish remover and cotton buds, but still no joy. I'm wondering if I've left deposits on the motherboard or cartridge connectors with the fluids I'm using? The WD40 contact cleaner does say it's non-conductive, but that's why I used the nail varnish remover to clean afterwards. I have alcohol cleaner as well but I haven't used that yet. Considering flowing some solder onto the motherboard pins, and then running desolder braid over it to keep the solder area small and flat. Any other ideas?

Does anyone here remember the "How to Win At Nintendo Games" series by Jeff Rovin? Launched in 1988, these were four volumes of mass market paperback books that were all text (no pictures) that gave tips, strategies and walkthroughs for various NES titles like Super Mario Bros (all 3), Castlevania, Zelda, Bart Vs the Space Mutants, etc. I believe there was also a How to Win At Super Mario Bros as well as a title for both Super NES and Sega Genesis titles. This was back in the late 1980s and through most of the 1990s before the rise of the Internet and the explosion of strategy guides (official & unofficial) being sold in stores. By the end of the 1990s, Rovin's books were obsolete thanks to the rise of online strategy guides like GameFAQs. My brother and I owned the 3rd and 4th volumes and we used these for the Legend of Zelda, Final Fantasy and the Castlevania games. As much as we loved them, they weren't perfect. Some of the information was outright wrong! A specific example was Chip'n Dale Rescue Rangers on the NES - Rovin's strategy against the caterpillar/centipede boss late in the game tells you to let the red ball hit you after it collides with the boss. Supposedly, you'd be briefly invincible from the caterpillar's body parts which would go flying all over the screen. I tried this and IT NEVER WORKED!!! Also in the back of one book (either the 3rd or 4th volume), Rovin claimed there was a chocolate factory level hidden in the original NES Super Mario Bros. To this day, nobody has ever found this and Rovin never explained in any book how to access this level. What's the story with this chocolate factory from Rovin? Anyway, anyone else own any of Rovin's books? What did you think? Were they useful to you?

Hi all, I just cleaned my NES 72-pin with this guide. Once I hooked my NES back up I got scrambled graphics where most of my games would come up to one screen with the messed up visuals. I was able to start up and vaguely play one game, Double Dragon III where certain elements of the game where normal or "less-scrambled" than the background of the game, such as the characters and the "III" on the title screen. The music played normally, too. All the other games would stay still at one screen with no sound or change. I took apart the NES again and re-cleaned and tried to adjust what was wrong, I cleaned some of the games too. Double Dragon III would only play when the cartridge was in the down position and Double Dragon wouldn't play in the upright position. What went wrong? Keep in mind that I'm not tech savvy at all and have little to no hardware knowledge so if there is a largely technical problem at hand, I might not be able to fix it in time. (I need to get this fixed by Nov. 1st because I'm having a party and without my NES games we'd be left in the dark) There's a picture of the Double Dragon III title screen attached. Thanks for the help guys Starf

This photo is actually from 2017 but (surprisingly) my collection hasn't changed that much. I am casing CIB NES and SNES games now and I have more Sega CD games than what's pictured. But this is still pretty much how it looks. I have a lot more photos up on my Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/retromegabit/
