  1. Hello guys. I have an interesting and rare set of Brazilian manufacturer Canal 3 cassetes, plus the cartridge equivalent to the Starpath Supercharger, made to work with their tapes. I'm mainly interested in trading for other Braz cassettes, of any manufacturer. Since I didn't put my master list of tapes in paper, I'd appreciate, if you have any dups FT, that you place pictures on the thread. Obs.: Chuck Norris and Front Line on hold. Cheers.
  2. I have a few loose intellivision games that I would like to Swap/Trade for loose Atari/Colecovision games or loose intellivsion games that other may have spares of. Just thinking of helping each other out.. I do need a loose ice trek, to start off with. Check attached pict for games.. Preferably trade lot for lot..

  4. Hi everyone, I would not advertise our Ebay auction if it were not 100% for charity. The amount of the highest bid will be transferred to doctors without borders by us. Ebay and paypal costs will be paid by me. Also shipping within Germany. Some details (also given in the auction description). - Assembloids 2600, fully working prototype - one of only two ever assembled carts (the other one is in good hands already) - PAL version (!) - the full final price will be donated to doctors without borders (the german division of it). Since there are quite some European Atari friends, I wanted to post it here as well Thanks to Slator who is also a member here and involved in this charity project as he paid for the hardware and organized the prototype board. You will find the auction here (link to german ebay): http://www.ebay.de/itm/201004413867 I will keep you posted on the success in the end, we are quite happy already. Cheers, Martin /enthusi

  6. First off I want to thank everyone who has helped back and spread the message about this project. When the initial goal was set, we didn't anticipate the larger number of higher reward level backers. After reviewing our finances and updating our projections based on the current backing from the kickstarter, we will be moving forward with Plan B. We are going to move to a standard Pre-order through the CollectorVision website. By doing the direct pre-order through the website, we will be able to maintain the original timelines for the project. This will also allow us to accept Paypal, which a lot of people have asked for and prevented them from backing the kickstarter. The original timelines from the kickstarter are the same with a March timeframe for Early Access and a June/July timeframe for the rest. The pre-order is available now at: https://collectorvision.com/shop/colecovision/collectorvision-phoenix/ https://collectorvisionphoenix.com should also take you there as well If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks, Brian
  7. Folks, many of you hard collectors around here know the name of Luiz Bonaccorsi. For me, this guys is such a legend. He is to be directly credited for the international discovery of Brazilian largely undocumented Atari market. My admiration for him takes place in form of a quick post in my blog. It's his history being told. All international Atari collectors should known a little bit about it. Here's my original post in Portuguese: http://bor.ba/av And here's Google Translation to English (very good, to be honest): http://bor.ba/aw
  8. Guys, happiestsellerever! is selling several Atari itens using my personal picture (from a magazine article), which may lead some people to think those items are actually mine - they're not! I've filled a copyright infringement form through ebay, let's see if they pull the ads off.
  9. Nobody will say anything? I didn't find a topic about it, how does this went to Venezuela? eBay Auction -- Item Number: 321539917112 Repro game maybe ok, but repro box is a problem!
  10. Folks, I've seen some discussion about a possibly fake Jap Heavy Sixer on this thread: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/262886-fake-japanese-heavy-sixer-on-ebay/ And then this old topic was rediscovered, but the images are gone. http://atariage.com/forums/topic/249042-is-this-a-japanese-heavy-sixer/ I was able to acquire a Japanese Heavy Sixer in Brazil, it's in my hands right now, and, as far as I can tell you, it's legit. I have no second guesses about it. From what I've learned so far, it seems Japanese company Epoch Co. has imported some Heavy Sixers from Sunnyvale before the Atari 2800 was officially released in Japan. It's credible, cause the same thing happened in Brazil. Before Brazilian company Polyvox release Atari licensed consoles, some Light Sixers were imported and have experienced some rudimentary adaptations such as adhesives and partial translations (I have two units of those rare consoles). In the case of the Jap console, I was able to acquire a CIB one, and so we can understand what Epoch did at the time. The adhesives match (they are on the box, on the console, etc), there is a matching new serial number on external and inside box, it doesn't match the console serial number, I figure it's an Epoch internal number. Also curious is the games adaptation. Space Invaders have a rude sticker attached, I could say they would ruin the box, however, nowadays, it's a proof of origin, combined with the Jap manual. Combat is interesting, there's no sticker attached, and the original US manuals are preserved, possibly because the Jap version wouldn't fit in the gatefold pocket. So the new manual was inserted into the box (below the cart). Of course Jap silver games are much more beautiful, IMHO, however, those "first imported games", for me now, they're maybe even more valuable. Power adaptor, RF box, console manual, everything shows this is authentic. Hope you like it! Enjoy.
  11. Guys, I've noticed there's some dispute going on eBay Auction -- Item Number: 281815222869 - Moon Patrol TRON cart, A Misterious Chief CCE and "Cathouse Blues". Well, you probably know this Cathouse Blues doesn't exist. This seller has been offering porn REPROS in Brazil, and flooding the market with them, however, he doesn't state so... it's not mentioned anywhere in the ad that this is repro. This guy is a compulsive liar and has a bad rep here. Be warned for future auctions. Just a heads up.
  12. You buy this and receive like that: No comments.
  13. Hey guys, need a lot of joysticks, I can repair switches if they're not good. I do have a US address for shipping.
  14. I recently picked up a Light Sixer CX-2600 but it came in a box that says Atari 2400. I have not been able to find any info on the existence of such a thing. Did they just make the boxes but not the systems? The only unique thing on the box says "Distributed in Canada by Irwin Electronics" so could this be special packaging used just in Canada?
