Hello everyone. Just found out the existent of this forum through reddit. I hope I am posting this thread in the right section of the forum. I need help with identifying two games belonging to Famicon I guess, which I was really fond of, though I couldn't beat them or even get pass through any stages cause I was a kid at that time. 1) Originally a Japanese game I think. The game is a single player 2D side-scroller action RPG game without character levels, where players could switch between a pink and a blue knight character anytime during gameplay. The blue knight character could jump higher than the pink knight. However, it will die when it touches the water. The pink knight is a vice versa of the blue knight; jumps lower than blue, but could survive under water. If I remember correctly, as a player, we could slash through walls of bricks with swords to access otherwise hidden places. There are monsters acting as obstacles. Upon killing, I don't think it drops anything...maybe coins...? There's also maybe ladders...as well as caves...to access other areas...? 2) It's a single player 2D side-scroller action game, where the player controls a small guy trying to fend off enemies with a puny pistol, and eventually finding an awesome robot to ride in, where attacking other enemies got a ton easier. It's not an arcade style like Metal slug, but more like adventure style....in a futuristic environment setting I think...? Hope someone could help identify these two games... Thank you so much in advance!

I'm brand new to this place, though I've browsed the forums before so I'm quite familiar with the site. Dracula Hunter is a game I've been fascinated with for the past month or so, even written an article on the Lost Media Wiki about it. Apparently the game got shipped out to the United States that saw practically no success, can anyone confirm this?

I've recently got my EPOCH TV Vader now, it's such a cool thing. It is in pretty bad shape, but I'm taking care of it. It does work on my German TV, but I hear no sound at all. Instead I get an almost clear signal of a radio station... Does anybody know how to fix this? I opened the thing up and there seems to be a part missing in the upper left corner, next to the Processor. I dont know what's missing -probably a capacitor? But if so, which one? If anybody has a TV Vader, can you help out and open it up to take a look... Could not find the guts of the TV vader anywhere on the net. Pictures will follow soon! mndn

Yeah, I'm the guy in white. Repair (had a busted cap that was shorting the +12V line): https://plus.google.com/photos/+DanielCampos/albums/6105297657130285409 So, looks like a fun machine, but finding information about it has been a PITA. I can't even find the cassette pinout. Is it that DIN-8 at the back? I found a bunch of pages about it but only in Japanese. It'd be nice to find a mailing list or web forum, then even if it was in Japanese I could communicate via Google Translator. Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.

Here's a system you don't see everyday on eBay... Selling my Japanese NEC PC6001 computer. This machine was released in the states as NEC Trek. It has a Z80 and Motorola 6847 video chip (like the TRS-80 Color Computer). The sound is via a General Instruments. Comes in the original box. http://r.ebay.com/Gfj6l0

I decided to offer many of my MSX games as 'bundles'. These games were bought during my summer trip to Japan. They are for MSX machines. Down the road, I will be offering MSX machines as reasonable prices as well. I picked these games up as they tend to require to least amount of Japanese language skills necessary to enjoy them. So not too long ago I picked up a Japanese Saturn lot for a good price. Now I regret buying it since I don't want to pay the crazy prices for shmups on it. The system is CIB and has signs of yellowing but nothing major. Also have a memory cart as well. The system work just fine, just the third party AV/S-Video cable is a little wonky at time but works. The games are in the pictures: Nights Vitura Fighter Kids Fighters Megamix Mr. Bones Sonic Jam Last Gladiators Nissan GT Over Drivin' R Besides the items above I also picked up the following: Thunder Force V Special Pack Steeldom x 2 (one regular edition one special edition with the Saturn Link Cable) Hyper Reverthion Sega Rally Magical Drop III Drift King 97 Puyo Puyo 2 Puyo Puyo Sun Kururin Pa! Shingata Kururin Pa! I was thinking of maybe $250 before shipping for everything? I prefer selling in US due to oversea shipping cost is a nightmare. I don't know if there is any interest in this but I'll post it up here and check first. Of course if you want more pictures I would be more than happy to provide. Trades: Always looking for Famicom and Super Famicom games, message me what you have and we can take it from there. Thanks!

Rockman Complete Works (Mega Man 1 for PlayStation)
MegaManFan posted a blog entry in MegaManFan's Blog
For the seriously devoted Mega Man fan, all six of the original NES games were re-released on Sony PS1 as "Rockman Complete Works."
