  1. From the album: My Collection

This is an old image and I should probably take it down since my entire collection is much larger than this, and this just looks embarassing
  2. Looking at the Specs, the Colecovision and the NES are not too far off, and the Coleco has a few advantages like Processor speed. So how close are they? There are a lot of games that the MSX has that are quite impressive, and at the same time, they should easily show what the Colecovision is able to do, although I believe the colecovision can scroll and have more polished graphics. It may have been possible if not for Adma and CBK that Colecovision could have pushed the NES away from market dominance and would have had computer, MSX, and NES ports which a lot I can see running real well on Coleco especially arcade conversions. What do you think?
  3. No longer available. Games moved to eBay. Hi, I've got a small assortment of common black box NES games that I would like to sell as one lot. Three are boxed games and they do have the styrofoam slip and come with dust covers and an assortment of Nintendo Power posters/advertising plus a manual for Superspike Volleyball that I have no use for. All the cartridges are the three screw variant. The games are: Super Mario Bros. (Canadian bilingual box) Hogan's Alley Golf (no manual, box is a little faded probably due to sun exposure in the past & cartridge has a video rental label on it) Metroid (loose, no manual, sharpie mark on the cartridge) I'd like $30 + shipping. If interested please PM with your shipping address and I'll give you the grand total.

Some of the worst boxart I've ever seen The Game is okay though

  6. Well a little while back I finally came across a Famicom adapter but I needed a case for it. I 3d print so the solution was simple. Unhappy with what Thingaverse had to offer I designed my own. It is clearly inspired by the honeybee, and the game genie for the handle. I would like to offer it to anyone in this group who 3d prints to do with as you please. I hope you enjoy! Edit: The image with Super Mario Bros. 3 is inaccurate. The label should be facing down to work. I'm not sure why I did that for the picture. I know better then that. Also if you download you will notice 2 versions of the top and bottom. One with support and one without. Support should not be necessary, but I was having issues with the part flexing during the print and it would come out warped. I added a sort of scaffold to the parts to prevent this. I believe this issue was due to old filament and high humidity in my area. I would recommend trying the files without support first and if you encounter issues try the other with support. In either case have your slicer set for no support because the support is built into the piece. Bumble stl.zip

  10. Hey all, I have a NES that's in good condition, but the top shell is done for and one of the controller ports is missing. Just wondering if anyone has the top part of a NES shell and a controller port they'd be willing to part with? Also wondering if anyone has any USB adapters for various controllers such as Genesis, NES, N64? I'm building a little emulator machine so I can play my games without shuffling through my shelves and pulling them out whenever I want to play them. (Plus I enjoy playing ROM hacks, and it's not the same without legit controllers) Thanks guys!
