So, I have a bunch of Atari stuff for sale. I'm not sure as to what to price it (I'm not an Atari guy, I'm a Nintendo guy), and I'd like it to go to a Atari collector or someone who will put it to use/appreciate it. I'm not looking to make a killing. I just want a fair/going price for the stuff. It all works. The list consists of: Atari 520ST - Good shape - powers on/runs Atari 1040ST - Good shape - powers on/runs Atari 520ST - poor shape - powers on/runs 3.5 SF354 Atari 850 Atari 810 - 5.25 XM 301 410 Cassette Monitor SC1224 It's a rough list. I imagine most of you on here will know more about what I have. I have photos. Some of them are doubles. I want to make sure you can see the condition of the items. https://imgur.com/a/doqNz
I have a few Atari ST items up for auction on ebay. "Cleaning out the attic". These items were from my own Atari ST setup back in the day. These auctions end today (sorry about the late notice). The most interesting items is probably the Spectre GCR (by Gadgets by Small) hardware Macintosh emulator. Here is the wikipedia page for the Spectre GCR: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spectre_GCR You can also find some youtube videos of this device in action. My current Atari ST auctions. I have three SF 354 drives that don't work. One uses a direct drive, the other two use the belt drive. I got replacement belts, they still don't work. All three spin but the disk can't be read. I've tested the disks on the internal floppy of an 520STfm and they are good, single sided format. External cable show good continuity all pins. I cleaned the heads with isopropyl and cotton swabs. Replaced the electrolytic caps on one of them, even though they looked fine. Troubleshooting suggestions?
