  1. Happy Holidays To all, Barb and I wish you the best for the holidays ****Coming very soon **** Sega combos. Many variations will be available, including the CD, the CD platform and so on. If you have any interest in these, send me a PM indicating which or what combinations you are looking for. How many times have you seen a console setting on a shelf,or a table, and covered in a fine layer of dust or sticky fingerprints? Dust and sticky stuff is not our friend! And its certainly not a friend to our consoles. So, a dust cover is not only "eye candy" but it keeps that console killer, dust out. Oh,lets not forget those other killers, foreign objects, unknown liquids, and little kids. And it adds a touch of cool to your collection *****And to all of you sending prayers our way, Barb and I thank you.******* Leukemia is for lack of a better description a life changer.Since I was diagnosed with this a year and a half ago, our lives have seen the entire range of emotions. I was told that I had 1-2 years left when they 1st found it. Then after a very aggressive pattern of chemo and blood transfusions, it went into remission 4 months ago. But now its back again, and I have to be very worried about infections. So we are back to the chemo again, and hope that another miracle will occur. After a depressing vist with the Dr. it appears that choices of treatment , have become limited. I can either go to the hospital for a month where they would treat this with a very very aggressive chemo, or I can get a milder version , given as a shot for 5 days, every month. The choice is becoming clear, and it is Quality or Quantity. I have chosen the quality, and with that I am not sure where it will go. I will say that at least I have been given the option, which alot of people do not get.And after the second go around with the Chemo, I am holding my own.I cannot decide which is worse, a round of 15 shots or getting a bag hooked up for an hour at a time. Bottom line, with Barbs help, and the amazing drugs I soldier on. Again thank you to all who send us best wishes. Since my wife(Barb) started making these covers over 16 years ago,she has continued to expand the choices.I am posting a lot of pictures so you will be able to see all of the choices available. For those of you just seeing these for the first time,we have been selling on Ebay over 15 years,Atari Age over 5 years and have sold covers to buyers worldwide! Covers for the Atari 400 and 800 now available with Red or White logos. . These are all custom made, from"pleather" which is a type of vinyl/leather.Easy to clean, and maintain Yes,we will accept Paypal-verified *******Shipping, no problem with going out of US, as long as you know I have nothing to do with USPS pricing******* Yes, we will combine shipping. And yes, we will give a discount when multiple items are bought. ******Note***** While most of the pictures show the cover installed on an actual console,a few do not, which is why they look dis-sheveld OK,pricing is as follows: 3DO $31.00 Atari 1050(Floppy Drive) $17.00 Atari 5200-$18.00 Atari 5200 Trak- ball-$16.50 Buy both of the 5200 units(Console and Trak-ball) $32.00 Atari 2600-$18.00 Atari VCS-$18.00 Atari 2600 Heavy Sixer-$18.00 Atari Jr/Rainbow-$14.00 Atari 7800-$18.00 **Atari Specials all 4 covers $60.00= 2600,7800,5200, and 5200 Trakball Atari Jaguar-(white)-$16.00 Atari Jaguar-(red)-$16.00 Atari 400- White or Red Logo-$17.00 Atari 800xl-$18.00 Atari 800 Red or white logo-$19.00 Atari Jaguar CD-$18.00-White or Red lettering Colecovision Console $18.00 Colecovision Roller Controller$16.00 Colecovision Module 1(Atari Adaptor)- $15.00 Colecovision Module 2-$18.00 Buy all 4 for $65.00 Commodore 64-$18.50 Commodore Vic 20-$18.50 Commodore C128- $18.50 Commodore C16-$18.50 Fairchild Channel F -$22.00 **Has cutout for power cord and joystick cords** Intellivision(Master System)-$18.00***With running man logo*** Intellivision II-$16.50 Both Intellivision Special Covers $32.00 Intellivision=INTV III- $18.00 Magnavox Odyssey II $25.00 Mattel Aquarius Computer $16.00 Nintendo-NES 101 Red or White Lettering-$16.50 Nintendo/NES White or Red Lettering-$17.50 N-64-White or Red Lettering-$17.00 SNES-White or Red Lettering-$17.00 Sega Dreamcast-orange-$18.00 Sega Dreamcast blue-$18.00 Sega Dreamcast Red- $18.00 Sega Genesis II-$16.50 Sega Genesis-16 bit $18.50 Sega Saturn -$18.50 Sega Master System -$16.50 Sega Mega Drive- $17.50 Sega Mega Drive II - $16.50 Sears Video Arcade II $18.00 ***Looks like the Atari 7800 Sears Tele-Games(Atari 2600) -$18.00 Sears Tele-Games(Atari Heavy 6r)- $19.00 Sony Playstation 1 $16.50 Sega Mega Drive- $17.50 Sega Mega Drive II - $16.50 RS 80/Tandy/Radio Shack Computer-$19.00 Texas Instruments 99/4a $18.50 Turbo Graphx 16/TG 16 $18.00 Vectrex Dustcover Black /w/ Blue ,White,Red logo $38.00 Vectrex Cover Gray with Black/Blue $38.00 XBox(Original) $25.00 PM me for additional questions And Thanks for looking. Over the past few years we have had numerous requests for consoles and computers that we do make. The reason we do not make them is because we have not had the actual console/ computer to use for a template. Buyers say, well I can give you the dimensions or send a picture. The problem is that dimensions do not take into account all the curves, bends, protrusions etc that are common on these units. So, working from supplied dimensions almost never works. Barb and I are not as mobile as we used to be, so trying to find these computers/ game consoles is a crap shoot at best and a waste of time at worst. What we can offer is this.If you have a console/computer, preferably a parts shell unit, that your willing to send us, we will make a cover for it and send it back at no charge! Now, we are not interested in units that are so obscure that there might only be 100 in the world. Obviously for us to make the cover there has to be a market of some kind, so please keep that in mind. So, shoot me a PM, let me know what your looking for and we can see if we can help each other!
  2. Hey there guys and gals, I seem to be having some compatibility issues with a dozen or so Sega Master System games that won't load on my EverDrive GBA X5 (using SMSAdvance version 2.5) and I was just wondering if anyone else with an EverDrive GBA X5 could try out the games I'm having issues with to see if it's a universal problem or just something going goofy with my particular EverDrive. Whenever I try to load any of these games all I get is a black screen: After Burner Bank Panic (Europe) Double Dragon Fantasy Zone II Ghouls 'N Ghosts Golden Axe Kenseiden Lord of the Sword OutRun Rampage Rocky Shinobi Thunder Blade Time Soldiers All of my other 200 or so Master System games load just fine, but all I get with the games listed above is a black screen and nothing else. At first I thought maybe I just had a few bad ROM files so I tried different versions of them from three different ROM sets, but no luck. Has anyone else had problems loading those particular Master System games, and if so is there anything in the settings that needs to be tweaked to get them to work?

  4. ProjectY It's ProjectY - the RPB you've been waiting for since the 90s! WIP @ 's Magical Game Factory. The Origins For the first time ever, fans of retro consoles are getting exactly the game they want! And they want a RPB! Investors, as they are called, have used their voting power to shape ProjectY to their own liking. Their first poll result was to make a game for the Mega Drive/Genesis. Then came the decision to make the game a RPB (Role-Playing-Brawler). The final big turn for the project was the setting, which the investors decided should be cyberpunk. With these defining poll results, ProjectY started to take shape while additional minor polls followed. Development is currently ongoing; you can still join ProjectY and shape the game by voting, submitting your ideas and discussing the project on the boards! 40MEG Obtained with fervor by the investors, we can guarantee the game will have a bare minimum 40 megabits cartridge. ProjectY is joining the small club of High Density Cartridges (also known as the "big, black cartridges"). This will be at least the second biggest Mega Drive/Genesis game ever, after WaterMelon's own Pier Solar! With this much storage at our disposal, we can make the ultimate 16-bit beat 'em all! Also obtained by the investors, the game will feature four playable characters, one of them to be unlocked. The Context ProjectY takes place in a post-apocalyptic world, set in an Asian high-tech metropolis. The last survivors of the nuclear war are divided into several classes, where the most powerful have the others by the balls. This has divided the governing bodies into several fractions, where ethnic mafias and a corrupt corporation are just a few of them! As you can see, this story is filled with many possible scenarios. It will demand lots of exploring and several playthroughs to get everything out of it. WHY SHOULD I JOIN AND INVEST? How do I join a project? If a project is open to join, you can join by investing at least one GEM into the project. What are GEMS? How much do they cost? GEMS are Watermelon's currency. As for now, one GEM is equal to 10 cents (USD) with the possibility of changing later on. You can use GEMS to invest in a project. If you earn some GEMS, you can use them to get discounts on products, get coupons, etc. What do I get for my investment in a project? Magical Game Factory investments offer access to voting and conversion features. How much do I have to invest to save myself one copy of the game? 500GEMS (USD 50) for one edition of the game reserved exclusively to Investors. 5. I've recently purchased a non-working Sega CD off of e-Bay that had a problem with the tray constantly ejecting and not spinning discs. After some minor gear realignment and a belt change I was able to get the tray working 100% but for some reason I am still not able to load any games . Strange thing about this is I am still able to play audio CDs just fine. I've tested the games it came with on a modchiped Xbox and they played fine so I am begining to think this may be some kind of laser issue. I've already tried all the basic cleaning steps and am ready to consult the experts. I want to bring this thing back to life! P.S. Any experience with generic KSS-240A laser pickups?
  6. For those who don't know, Heavyweight Champ is a 1976 boxing game released by Sega and is considered to be the first fighting game ever made, but unfortunately it didn't do to well in the arcades and fell into obscurity when the 1987 remake came out. All that exists of the game now is a Japanese game flyer and a recent picture of a cabinet which sadly looks like this: Do any of you guy and gals on Atariage know about this or by some chance have any memories of this game? EDIT: I forgot to add the lost media wiki post [url="https://www.lostmediawiki.com/Heavyweight_Champ_(lost_SEGA_arcade_boxing_game;_1976)"
  7. My first eBay listing in about 20 years! I have a big collection of games, action figures, and other toys that will eventually make their way to eBay but I am testing the waters with this listing first. [ebay]143110245067[/ebay] Thanks for looking!

Here are the ones from Activision: ones from CBS Electronics: some from Sega: and a couple more here: PM me if interested, PayPal only please Note to Albert: More cartridges will be uploaded to this one topic soon, I will be selling them in salvos, but for now, I am just selling these.
  9. Since the site this hack was was originally hosted on is no longer in existence and this game definitely deserves to be preserved, I give you JagDoom 32X for NTSC Sega 32X systems. It takes the original 32X Doom and adds in all the previously missing levels from the Atari Jaguar version of Doom as well as the BFG 9000 weapon. To check out the new levels ported from the Jaguar version of Doom just select Level 16 from the title menu and enjoy! You can play JagDoom 32X with an EverDrive on real hardware and if you have the skills to burn it to a 32X PCB then this hack will fit, since the game was kept to 4.2 MB in size. If anyone here does have the equipment to burn the ROM to a PCB then please let me know, since I'd love to have a real physical copy of the version of Doom that 32X owners should have gotten back in the day. Anyhoo, here ya go! JagDoom 32X (NTSC).zip

Price: $8 Books The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past & The Four Swords Strategy Guide This may be my longest owned gaming related item. 13. I'm looking to sell a few items in my collection, may update with more items later. I have a Sega Dreamcast Keyboard with box, the mouse, and a Typing of the Dead CIB.. Looking for 115 shipped in the US. Reasonable offers will be entertained. Been a while since I've been on here, but I'm in the feedback thread and my ebay id is little_lebowski Also have a copy of The Kung Fu (China Warrior in US) a Turbografx 16 Japanese import. I'd like to get 10 shipped for it. Thanks for looking.
  14. Does know any good sources for my "Failed gaming systems" speech? I have to do a speech for my speech class that has: At least 1 book At least 3 articles No more than 2 websites as my sources
  15. Anybody got any ideas? It's the only SMS cartridge I have with silver screws instead of black ones, and the only cartridge that has stickers on the chips. The caution sticker is absent with no signs of forced removal, it looks like it wasn't even put on in the first place. It's also the only Cart I have that uses third party chips (2 TI's and 2 Toshiba's) all the other SMS Carts I have use SEGA branded chips. If anybody can translate the (I think) Japanese that would be cool too. I'm looking for a friend here.
  16. I've been feeling the itch to swap out the 3/4 motherboard VA3 Model 2 Genesis that I have in my game center at the moment for a Model 1 system like I had as a kid, so I figured I'd ask around here to see if anyone had one in really nice shape that they'd be up for selling. To be specific, I'm looking for one of two versions of the Model 1 Genesis system. The first is the version with the "High Definition Graphics" text on top and the TMSS start-up screen, which looks like this when you power it on with a game inserted: The second version I'd be interested in in a Model 1 Genesis without the "High Definition Graphics" text on top as long as it has the EXT port on the back, which looks like this: Price wise I'm looking to pay around $45 shipped for a barebones system with just the console and official Sega power supply but I am open to negotiation and would be willing to go higher for a flawlessly pristine condition system. Thanks much and just shoot me a PM if you'd like to do business.

  20. "That's way more than a little, but still not quite a few."
  21. Hey everyone. Ive been working on my new video game channel on YouTube for a little while now and wanted to share that with this forum. Most of my videos are Atari 8 Bit related ( hence the name ). But I also try to include games from other consoles that I collect. Some of the systems I collect and you may find on the channel include the Atari 2600, 5200, 7800, 8 bit computer line, NES , SNES, Gameboy, Genesis, and any other system that is cartridge based. Each week I do at least 2 videos. - One based called "The Gaming Moment Back In Time" which focuses on a game from my collection that either I grew up playing and enjoyed or something Ive added to my collection and has been overall a big hit to play. - The other video is my Thursday pick up video that covers all the finds Ive picked up from flea markets, garage sales, eBay, Atari Age,or other gaming forums. The channel can be found here : http://www.youtube.com/user/atarian83 I hope you all will enjoy these videos and like usual it's a learning process for me. Feel free to subscribe, like, comment or share personal memories of the games featured. Also I'm learning as I go and sometimes make mistakes; feel free to drop a line with comments, suggestions or ideas. The more I can learn and share the more everyone benefits. Look forward to sharing amazing memories and gaming finds. Jason
