I guess you guys aren't the athletic type because I searched for "Ring Fit Adventure" in this subforum and got a grand total of exactly one hit from someone who said they should play it more. 😆 But real talk though, anyone else here play this game and just never post about it? I vaguely remember the game selling out in stores and online when it came out as people flocked to it, though a few days to a week after its release I was able to find one (a few of them actually) at the local Walmart no problem. I slept on pretty much every single other "video game + fitness" title that's ever been released in the history of gaming but I bought into Ring Fit because the combination of resistance training and cardio seemed like it might actually help someone with physical fitness and perhaps get in shape. I really got into this game! I couldn't play it too much when I was first starting out because I wasn't really all that in shape but after a few weeks I'd play this game for 90-120 minutes at a time and blast through all the levels and challenges. Not only did I beat the game, I beat it on New Game+ and New Game++. Once I had beaten the game three times over I started grinding out all of the specific exercises so I could obtain all of the unique player titles. While doing that I also grinded for money and bought every single piece of clothing for both the male and female characters and eventually maxed out most of the smoothie ingredients at 99. I also completed the skill tree, though that's a given since I played through the game three times in full. I managed to reach player level 700, though once I started using custom workouts in the game's Custom Mode it stopped giving me experience points so my level stopped going up. I am certain if you earned XP in Custom Mode I'd be close to or possibly over level 1,000. Anyways I managed to lose about 25 pounds playing the game three times a week for about 2 hours each time. The little calorie counter on the screen estimated about 450-550 calories burned each session though I don't know how accurate that is. I eventually put the game down though and I haven't touched it for a couple years. In that time medication adjustments and me admittedly eating foods/meals of convenience put the weight back on so I dusted off the ring set and fired it back up again tonight. I am definitely out of shape again! Where I used to manage three complete run throughs of my old custom workout sets this time I could only do one, so I definitely need to get acclimated to doing it again. Hopefully by April I'll be back on my game though. You can still find Ring Fit Adventure in places like Walmart today four years after its release. It seems to be one of Nintendo's "evergreen" games on the Switch even if it's not a high seller. Here's Dragaux, the main antagonist of the game. I get the impression Nintendo tried to make him as incompatible as possible with furry culture because while he has a nice bod (he has to, he works out all the time) they gave him a weird head that looks like a cross between a Muppet and Toothless the dragon. Also he is apparently sexless, lmao. That still didn't stop people from perving on him though.

As you might have guessed I am a huge Pac Man fan when I first heard about Pac Man Museum Plus I knew I had to get it. Currently Nintendo on their eShop is offering the game for $19.99 plus 5 figures for your arcade as a Bonus was a huge plus for me. What you get Pac Man Super Pac Man Pac & Pal Pac Land Pac Mania Pac Attack Pac In Time Pac Man Arrangement (2 versions) Pac Man Championship Edition Pac Motos Pac'N Roll Remix Pac Man Battle Royale Pac Man 256 What I have found so far have been games easy to unlock and a lot of titles frankly I never heard of before, namely Pac In Time and Pac Motos and a few like Pac'N Roll that are quite fun. Even getting your arcade the way you want is fun, and having the Ghosts from the games as customers is fun too. Overall a great title. I hope Namco does this again with the other Pac games such as Ms Pac and Prof Pac.

Each week runs Monday through Sunday (at midnight), though exceptions may occur around New Year. Try to post your times no later than night to Tuesday in your local timezone. Hi - Does anyone know of a good replacement for the on/off power rocker switch for the 520ST? Mine is stuck and will not budge at all. Unlike the 1040 the 520's power switch is mounted vertical and is attached directly to the PCB. I am not finding any good replacements on PCB-Way. What kind of power specs do I need for such a switch for the 520ST? TIA On Digikey I find some toggle switches like the one pictured below which look like they may fit. What kind of power specs do I need for such a switch for the 520ST? I would like to find a rocker switch like the original above rather than a toggle switch like below. However, I will settle for whatever works.

When I power on my Atari 600XL with SIDE3 inserted, the switch on the front of the cartridge has no effect. I always end up in SpartaDOS X. From when I've read, when in the UP position, I should be going to the SIDE3 Loader. This machine has a U1MB installed, as well as a FujiNet on the SIO port. U1MB is currently set to start SpartaDOS X. If I set the U1MB to start the Loader instead, it always goes into the Loader, regardless of the switch position. If I disable both settings, then I end up in the FujiNet setup. I don't see any relevant settings in the SIDE3 Loader screens. Is there a way to set this up so that this switch chooses between the SIDE3 Loader and SpartaDOS X?

Bought an OLED from Target but inside the box was an original Switch. I returned it for a refund. An Instagram friend of mine said I am the second person to mention this. Hope this doesn't become a trend.

I've managed to bring one of my XEGS's back from the dead (New RAM and CPU) but the power switch is seized in the off position. Has anyone managed to repair one of these switches? If not any ideas where I could find a replacement, preferably in the UK? Is the TK-II-XEGS available from anyone other than the brewing academy? It's going to cost about £40+ whatever customs duty to get one over here, and I don't want to spend that much Thanks

Coming Soon for Vectrex... MiniVex Pedal I Vectrex Controller Button Controller. Following Larry's (ClassicGamesAndCarsFan) current MiniVex controller is the new MiniVex Vectrex Pedal Controller. The controller is designed so that it may be used either in tandem with another Vectrex controller, or independently on a different controller port. Plug the Pedal Controller into your Vectrex. Plug your controller into the extension box controller. Select button 1,2,3 or 4 with the rotary switch. Then stomp it! The selected button still operates from the controller as well as the pedal. The Pedal Controller can be used in on its own too. Plug the pedal controller in the desired Vectrex controller port. Select button 1,2,3 or 4 with the rotary switch. Then stomp it! If you're struggling with a level, got a new high score, or have some thoughts about what's great or what stinks about a particular game...well, that's the kind of stuff that makes this fun to read. How to make the statskeeper's life easier: - If you post a big list of games, please consider alphabetizing them first (after grouping them by platform). - Posting your times in minutes, rather than hours + minutes, makes things a little simpler. - Even if you don't know the exact time, it's better to post a specific number and say it's an estimate. If you say you posted a bunch of games for "between 20 minutes and an hour", I'll just average everything out to 40 minutes, but it's much better to have a sense of which games you played more and which ones you played less. - If there's room for confusion or ambiguity, please address that in advance so I don't have to research it myself. Non-US releases, homebrews in progress, alternate titles, and expanded re-releases can get especially tricky. That about covers it. If you haven't participated before, or if you did and got busy with other things, consider taking part in 2019! You may find that it has some interesting side effects -- I've found that keeping a log dramatically changes how I think about my own gaming, and mostly for the better.

I just found out about this game, announced this week even though the page and the video were online since August 1st.
