  1. hello everyone, big fan of gaming here and always have been. but i've never been a collector, more of a visual artist myself. still play both retro games and current gen stuff on the pc. anyway.. onto the good stuff! i have recently uncovered a treasure trove of some Atari games. some of the games appear to be VERY rare, like Fantastic Four by Adventure International (USA) you can check out my full list of stuff for sale here: (all the atari related auctions should be worldwide shipping) http://www.ebay.com/sch/bubble_eel/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_ipg=&_from= ebay user name bubble_eel here's some pictures and names of what i've found so far. probably adding some more auctions / buy it now items, but pretty sure the best is up for auction right now. game marked DEALER COPY MORE STUFF LIKE: (all 5.25" disk games) atari astronomy I Midway Battles (user made game) by TDC 1987 financial cookbook ultima II fooblitzky the lurking horror by infocom hollywood hijinx by infocom datasoft games Bridge 4.0 by Artworx Cycle Knight go check it out and bid :] i would really appreciate any help spreading the word, or for other suggestions for websites / forums to promote some of the items. have fun gaming!
  2. Infocom crafted some of the best stories and characters in their 80s text adventures. I talk about two compilation sets that hold over 30+ games plus Leather Goddesses of Phobos. What do you think of Text Adventures? Did you play them back in the day...or still play them today? Which were your favorites?
  3. Just wondering - did Infocom have any copy protection on the disks for the Atari computers? I remember back in the day the C64 copied them without a hitch, and no fancy nibblers and such, just straight disk copy. Thanks!
  4. Just found a complete example of "The Detective" by Infocom any ideas of how hard to come by this is? comes with tons of paperwork, matches, clues, magazine, case file etc.. I would consider a trade for rare Atari 2600 games and perhaps a few nice Atari 800 disks "Dropzone" is one i'm after but i'd need a few games for this 2-3 as I think this has to be less common than games like Dropzone and it looks rather special with all the extras you get with it. I'm in the U.K but NTSC games should be o.k. I would perhaps sell it so offers can be sent on here or direct to [email protected] One thing to note is that its probably PAL or works on a PAL Atari so please bear this in mind. Thanks Antony
  5. There are some sweet posters on ebay right now very rare .everyone should check them out.there from the zork user group, there is also a starcross one.
