  1. Here we have one of the extremely hard to find and highly sought after Sega Game Gear handheld consoles by Majesco. It has been tested and works great. As many of you know, in 2000, Sega licensed its Game Gear production to Majesco. Yes, the same Majesco that made the "holy grail" MK-1451 Model 2 Genesis (best audio and video encoders of any Model 2). The Majesco Game Gear is well-known for its improved quality capacitors (less prone to failures) and better screen with more accurate color representation compared to the previous Game Gear models. Given the late production run, the Majesco models are also significantly newer, as Majesco produced the Game Gear between 2000 and 2002, while Sega first launched the Game Gear way back in 1991. Please see pictures for exact condition of Game Gear. The screen has some light surface scratches and a bit of dust as seen. The start button has an imperfection in one corner of the plastic but it functions fine. The unit is powered by six AA batteries or the standard Sega MK-2103 Model 2 Genesis power supply. Neither batteries nor a power supply are included in this listing. Asking $110 including shipping to anywhere in the continental US. Willing to ship to Canada but you'll have to chip in a bit extra (and be willing to endure inevitable border delays). Please send me a PM with interest or any questions. Thanks.
  2. Here we have one of the hard-to-find Sega Genesis Model 2 MK-1451 Majesco VA4 consoles in its original box. These highly sought-after Genesis variants are rarely found boxed these days. Lightly cleaned and fully tested and works great! Both controller ports, RF and composite AV cables and power supply port passed all tests (composite AV cable not included). Asking $110 90 shipped. The MK-1451 model, distributed by Majesco Sales, is the final licensed version of the Model 2 Genesis, and with its VA4 motherboard, contains the best audio and video encoders of any Model 2. That's right, if you want the best graphics and sound in your Model 2 Genesis, this is it! It comes with the following: - MK-1451 Majesco Model 2 Genesis Console. Very good overall condition but has some scuffs here and there. - Original Majesco-branded Genesis Box (per a sticker on the box, it entered store inventory on April 8, 1998). Box has wear and some tape on the ends, as seen in the pictures. All flaps are intact. Cardboard tray/insert not included. - One OEM Sega 3-button controller (all buttons work but you have to press the action buttons a little firmly to register). Has scuffs and markings. - One OEM Sega MK-1479 power supply (the official power supply that shipped with all Majesco models) - One OEM Sega RF AV cable (works great but for best picture quality, a composite AV cable is recommended) - Sega Genesis Instruction Manual (official Majesco version) Please see pictures for exact condition of all items. Will ship FOR FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Cross-listed on eBay (for more $$$). Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
  3. Here we have one of the hard-to-find Sega Genesis Model 2 MK-1451 Majesco VA4 consoles Complete in Box. These highly sought-after Genesis variants are almost NEVER found in this condition. This system is immaculate and comes with all of the original packaging and everything that came with the system at retail. Since it appeared to have been opened at least once, I tested all components and everything works perfectly. And I can pretty much guarantee you will never find another as mint as this! This listing comes with the following: - MK-1451 Majesco Model 2 Genesis Console. MINT and fully tested. - Original Majesco-branded Genesis Box. Outer box has slight wear as seen in pictures but is still in very good shape. All flaps are intact. All Cardboard trays and inserts and original baggies for individual accessories are included. - One OEM Sega 3-button controller. MINT and fully tested. - One OEM Sega MK-1479 power supply (the official power supply that shipped with all Majesco models). MINT and fully tested. - One AV Cable, presumably original OEM but unbranded. MINT and fully tested. - Sega Genesis Instruction Manual (official Majesco version). MINT. Please see pictures for exact condition of all items. Asking $150 shipped. Please send me a PM with any questions or to finalize a deal. Thanks.
  4. I've got a couple of the hard to find and highly sought after Sega Genesis Model 2 consoles and Sega Game Gear systems which both were made by Majesco under license from Sega. I'm guessing if you're reading this you're already "in the know," but the Genesis Model 2 made by Majesco (MK-1451) towards the end of the Genesis' life is the "holy grail" of Model 2 systems, as it has the best video and audio encoders of any of the Model 2s. It has the fourth revision of the Model 2 motherboard, known as VA4. I can do console-only or complete in box on these. Meanwhile, the Game Gear made by Majesco is sought after because it has better quality capacitors than earlier Game Gears, a better LCD screen and also is newer overall, since they were made in 2000. Of note, this model Game Gear is incompatible with the TV Tuner (worthless now anyway) and requires a specific brand of Master System adapter if you're into that, called the Nuby Converter. Everything I sell is cleaned and tested and working. You're always able to purchase with confidence when dealing with me. Look no further than my AA feedback, which will show you I've been selling on AA for more than two years and have been an AA member for more than three years. If there's interest here, I would be happy to provide pictures and discuss pricing via PM. Otherwise, I will likely look to eBay in the coming weeks to unload these. Thanks!
  5. Is anyone interested in purchasing a lot of Sega Genesis Model 2 MK-1451 (Majesco) and Model 1 Non-TMSS consoles? I've been meaning to get around to selling them and if someone is interested in several, that would be great. It's been my experience that these are two of the more sought after variants of the Sega Genesis. I have several console-only and also some CIB of both types. Shoot me a PM if you're interested in general and we can go from there. Cheers.
