  1. Welcome to the TIATracker module for batari Basic allowing you to play TIATracker music in your Atari 2600 VCS game. What is TIATracker TIATracker is a tool created by Kylearan for making Atari VCS music on the PC and a new sound routine for the VCS. It features ADSR envelopes, up to 7 melodic and 15 percussion instruments, customizable pitch guides for optimizing the number of in-tune notes, a size-optimized and configurable replayer routine and much more. More information is available here Example Refer to file TIATrackerPlayer.bas in the module for a full example of incorporating your TIATracker music into your batari Basic game. Known issues None Titlescreen Kernal I've added it to my titlescreen in Tower of Rubble and works great. Downloads v1.1 - 20190125 Fixed an issue where the tiatracker source include could not be inserted anywhere except at the end of the code (or bank 6 for DPC+) due to Unresolved Symbol List compilation errors in batari Basic (via dasm). TIATrackerPlayer.v1.1.20190125.zip Older releases v1.0 - 20190123 Initial release TIATrackerPlayer.20190123.zip Instructions The following outlines how to add the TIATracker module to batari Basic and incorporate your music. If you are having issues refer to the example for assistance. batari Basic 1. Copy the tiatracker folder into the root of your batari Basic game folder 2. Copy the content of file tiatracker/tiatracker_batari_variables.bas into your variable definitions of your batari Basic source. 3. Add the following to your batari Basic source (either at the bottom of your file or bank depending on your requirements): rem include the tiatracker source asm include "tiatracker/tiatracker.asm" end 4. In the initalisation of your screen add the following to initialise the tracker: rem initialise tiatracker gosub tiatrackerinit 5. In your screen loop, after the drawscreen call add the following: rem play track gosub tiatrackerplay TIATracker 1. Create your music or get someone to do the hard work! 2. Select File > Export track data to dasm... from the menu. On the Save As dialog locate your tiatracker/track folder in your batari Basic game folder, enter a filename of 'track' and click the Save button to export your music. 3. In file tiatracker/track/track_variables.asm remove the Permanent and Temporary variables from the file (otherwise you will receive a compilation error). Note: This will need to be done each time you export your data.
  2. Recently found in an elderly relative's home, appears to be unused. Box is missing some flaps on one side, otherwise in good shape. Contains: 1 Tape Deck - KidVid sticker on it 1 Connector cord - still wrapped with a twist-tie 1 Microphone/earbud? - still wrapped in plastic 1 "Smurfs Save The Day" cartridge 3 "Smurfs" audio cartridges - still wrapped in plastic 1 "Use and Care Guide" for the tape deck I'd like to sell this, if anyone is interested. Any questions/comments please feel free to message me!
  3. Hi, I have an ECS Computer Module that I really don't want any more. I used to have World Series Baseball for it, but I sold that (to Kefka14). It was my only game for it and I don't really anticiapte getting any more so if anybody wants it, I'll sell it. Actually come to think of it, I have a loose copy of Mind Strike for it, I'll throw that in. It has the keyboard and the actual attachment, and it has the power adapter. And like I said I have played it before so it does work. I don't have a price in mind or anything like that, just message me if you're interested. I have done some selling on here before, you can ask IntellivisionDude or Kefka14 for some feedback if you like. Thanks! Oh and I can send you pictures upon request. As of right now I don't have any but I can take some for you.
  4. The goal here is to start planning a 3rd run of the SGM. But let me make a few things clear first: - 3rd run pre-order or whatever does NOT start until 2nd run is behind me - Yes, I am taking care of the French SCART version. It will ship BEFORE or SIMULTANEOUSLY with the 3rd run, but not after There is a high demand for the SGM, and I have done a beyond poor job distributing it so far. What we want to do this time is to get a 3rd run out of door before July 2016. One option is to offer it with no box, at a reduced price, something around $50, or both boxed (at a regular price) and unboxed versions. In order to get a 3rd run we are going to need 200 pre-orders, with at least 100 pre-orders for the boxed version in order to get that option done. Again, the idea here is not to start a 3rd run right now, so I am not accepting requests yet. We will announce when the 3rd run starts, and as I said, I need to put the 2nd run behind me first. I just want to start a discussion to understand what people want.
  5. Hey all, I have three Intellivoices. Recently, the Synth chip in one of them (SP-0256-012) failed, so I decided to take them all apart and perform some surgery. Here's the album: http://imgur.com/a/2cvKK Anyone care to speculate on why some of these changes were made? Especially with included jumpers. I know the jumper block was originally going to be used for adding wireless controllers, but why bother including the jumper on some but not all units? Also, I believe my #001873 is the lowest serial number Intellivoice out there! I've never seen pictures or talk of one with a lower serial. Finally, does anyone know where to get a true replacement SP-0256-012 "Orator" chip? I've ordered a SP-0256-AL2, but I doubt it will work, at least not 100%. I hate to have a 90% working unit in good shape sitting around, just because I can't find a replacement part.
