Hey guys, question What do people use to develop pixel art for the 2600? I would think other normal pixel art programs, but each pixel in the 2600 looks more like a rectangle than an actual square. What do you guys recommend me?

I wanted to know about drawing sprites for the Jaguar. Namely: -How many colors per sprite? -Do they always have to be arranged vertically like a film strip? -How tall and/or wide can they be? As for what I draw sprites with, it's Paint.NET.
