Cool! I noticed it's also got chrome switch caps (which my Sears six-switcher used to have). I always thought the chrome caps looked better than the plain aluminum posts. I wish there was a source for them.

That is very neat. What you don't have, or a least it's not pictured, is the 6502 ICE (In Circuit Emulator). It appears that instead of the ICE (which would be a largish box with a 40 pin ribbon cable) you have a regular MOS 6502 chip which when plugged into the ZIF allows the unit to function as a 'normal' VCS.

 

So, you won't be able to debug those VCS games.

 

 

I don't think this takes away from the coolness or historical significance of your find.

The ICE isn´t there. IIRC the VCS didn´t ship with a 6502 chip though, but with the marginally weaker 6507.

 

So, you won't be able to debug those VCS games.
