NTSC cartridges on a PAL 7800

I know the deal with NTSC on a PAL 2600, but can't find details for the 7800.

 

Is it the same gig (ie. they'll work, but I'll get crap colours)?

 

(I also mean NTSC 7800 cartridges on a PAL 7800 - I'm sure NTSC 2600 cartridges on a PAL 7800 will yield the same results as on a PAL 2600).

Generally one of three things will happen:

 

1) Game will play with minor graphical glitching - Ms Pacman, Tank Command

 

2) Game will play with major graphically glitching - Ninja Golf, Touchdown Football

 

3) Game will lock up and crash - Summer Games, Midnight Mutants, Robotron (sadly)

I posted a list somewhere on here of NTSC to Pal compatibility and what the game does I will have to search it. Summer Games does work except for the last event (swimming I think)
