Whats the worth of: Mac/65 cart and Mapping The Atari ?

I just dug up a Mac/65 cart, a copy of Mapping the Atari and a manual for the original Atari assembler/editor.

 

Is this stuff worth anything? Anyone interested in it?

Orange cart.

 

No idea if it currently works. It did when it was put away 10 years ago.

 

No manual.

I'm guess since they are available online, they might not be worth as much as they used to. Still, I am sure there are collectors or programmers who would like to have the actual book.
