recomended gamecube games?

I got a game cube today in china town for 15 bucks and I got super smash bros: melee at gamestop. I am a huge fan of dragon quest and I like most rpgs. any good games out there that will fit my taste?

Get Twilight Princess. Yeah it's not an RPG exactly, but you need it anyway.

You should also get Resident Evil 4 and of course, as mentioned above, Twilight Princess.

Honestly, if you got the 'Cube for RPGs, you got the wrong system.

But you got Smash Brothers, so you're clearly open to alternatives.

 

I'd recommend..

My wife goes nuts for Pikmin, it's kind of a RTS game.. kinda of.

 

But, the only games I really play anymore are the Megaman / Megaman X collections and WarioWare.

The 'Cube is really light on RPG's, but it does have a few good ones. I'd get Tales Of Symphonia, one of the best RPG's (IMO) on the 'Cube. Also if you don't have them already on the Dreamcast, get Evolution Worlds and Skies of Arcadia Legends. I do feel that Skies is the better of the two though. There is also Phantasy Star Online 1 & 2. Get the plus edition on that one. It's amazing how the 'Cube got all of those Dreamcast RPG ports.

While not a traditional RPG, Zelda:Wind Waker was a good game. I think it's one of those love it or hate it games though.

 

I'll second Paper Mario:1000 Year Door. I love that series.

I'd second the P.N.03 idea. Its pretty good, and dirt cheap. I suck at it of course, but maybe would do better if the character didn't keep wagging her ass at me.

All the bond games rock on the Cube. Also get yourself a set of the bongo's and all 3 of the DK bongo games.

I picked up chibi robo and donkey konga with a conga controller today. I also found out that it is really fun to play super smash bros.: melee with a conga controller
