Guywith a box of 2600 stuff

Recommended Posts

Well I was talking to the owner of the local game force and asking him why he did not carry atari. He said that there was no profit in selling games for a 1 a piece. While this was going on one of the customer said he had a box of atari stuff in his attic that he would sell to me. He said he had a bunch of games and some thing you plug into it that gave it better graphics.

I have no idea what he is talking about, any of you guys.

Well anyway hopefully I will be getting a box full of good stuff cheap.

The only thing I can think of is the Starpath Supercharger. That would be a great find if you get it for a reasonable price.

Yes, that sounds like the Supercharger system for the 2600, but it's no good unless you have any of the games made for it.

:) :(

It's possible the guy actually has a 5200 or a 7800, and just calls it an Atari. Of course, I can't think of much for either of those systems that gives it better graphics either....

Unless the guy was talking about a special A/V cable or something? Maybe he has one of the adaptors that lets you avoid the switchbox.
