sidcrazy #1 Posted February 3, 2007 Hi, I was over at a friend’s house, and we were playing a few Colecovision games he got recently. In the pile was a game called Illusions. We played it for what seemed like 20 minutes, and I have no idea what the point of the game is. The play field is like a series of geometric shapes. In some kind of isometric perspective. Three blobs bounce on these shapes automatically. Somehow I was able to separate them, but I am not quite sure how. Does anyone have instructions on this game, or any kind of information on it? Bill Brasky #2 Posted February 3, 2007 Make the blobs go back and forth till they collide and combine together into one blob, then pass them in front of the mirror which sends them to the next level. Avoid running into obstacles/lizards that will cause them to separate. That's it.
purenergy #3 Posted February 5, 2007 One the second level, you have to do just the opposite, seperate your blob into 4, then pass in front of the mirror. I use to play it quite a bit years ago, but can't spend more than a few minutes now, before I lose interest in the game.
Vic George 2K3 #4 Posted February 5, 2007 One of the few games Mattel developed for ColecoVision.
jaybird3rd #5 Posted February 5, 2007 There was an Intellivision version developed, but it's never been released. I've heard that it was one of the games that the BSR were going to publish in a limited run of new Intellivision cartridges, but that was over a year ago and there (apparently) haven't been any developments since. Ze_ro #6 Posted February 7, 2007 I always thought this game was interesting, if only because of it's unique gameplay and graphics. At least it wasn't yet another space shooter. --Zero
