for that price better off buying your own PC and Acrade control setups and D/L ing MAME and such (easy enough to find)

I'm actually surprised it took that long to pull it.

 

It was pretty obvious he had it loaded with MAME Roms.

And I'm pretty damn sure he didn't take the time to license what he put on there.
