This is the ambitious city simulation game that many credit as being the first of it's kind. Pre-dates the Sim-City games by years. Mine is 100% complete with original box, cart with a clean, shiny label, both controller overlays, the instruction manual, the strategy guide, warranty card.

Interesting, there seems to be two variations of the FB box. The plastic clam shell you've got and a cardboard one

Actually, it's fairly common-- there's 2 versions of MOST coleco games... the Coleco Industries (USA) version, and the Coleco Canada version. Best explanation I've heard is that it mainly had to do with Canda's French labeling laws. A lot of the Colecovision games were sold by Coleco Canda Ltd in a box with English & French writing, and identical to Coleco Industries (USA) cartridge, but a user affixable English/French label.

 

Although, I do think it's interesting to note the from what I've seen, the US versions seem to be held to a high value overall. At least from what I've seen on ebay.
