Crazy Climber #7 Posted February 13, 2007 hmm...a lot of people seem to be watching this but no bids...strange. Not that strange, a LOT of people do the "snipe bid" thing. I had a Pac-Man machine for sale once with something crazy like over 100 watchers. Didn't get any bids until literally the last 2 minutes. Same thing happened with my Assault game last night, no bids for 7 days and in the last 2 minutes I got like 6 in a row or something. Thats just how a lot of people seem to do it

Zwackery #9 Posted February 13, 2007 Abingdon...Marion...I spent about 10 years or so in Blacksburg, getting some degrees and working. There are some small mom & pop thrifts scattered around where you might occasionally be able to find some stuff, but you'll probably have to make a serious day of it poking around (and forget Roanoke, there are too many collectors around there). Mock #10 Posted February 13, 2007 ...i have a lot of things to get rid of. Any more Atari stuff? yeah a ton of stuff...was just going to put some stuff up on ebay each week until its gone...just now getting started with that...i dont have the room anymore to store it all and i've got a new kid that will be here in mid-july with any luck...so everything is going to go and i'm just going to get a laptop and a new desktop and run emu's on all my game stuff for the most part. I've been collecting stuff for about 20 years + now and i'm done with it...getting out of it...have some good stuff if you want to take a look let me know....i have some stuff i can't sell on ebay....repro's and what not. Crazy Climber #21 Posted February 15, 2007 hmm...a lot of people seem to be watching this but no bids...strange. I had a feeling you would come out alright on this one. Don't ever worry about no bids, if it's something cool people will bid on it. It's just usually at the very last minute
Mock #22 Posted February 16, 2007 yeah...just makes me wonder when there are like no bids going on...thats a cool thing to sit and wait until the last minute to bid to keep the price down...but if there are no bids and someone comes along and offers $20 it might not be there at the end...lol....it happens.
