+Omegamatrix #1 Posted February 12, 2007 Were the boxes the same for the standard and beveled carts? Were there differences in the sizes of box? Are the boxes the same? I've been trying to search some info with no luck. Anyone know if there is any differences in the boxes or any U.S. Games box variations at all? +Omegamatrix #3 Posted February 12, 2007 I remember that picture now! The great optical illusion. I see that one "Name This Game" box has some sweepstakes info on the side. Those are nice boxes Cpuwiz, but I bet you shrinkwrapped a few of them yourself to protect them. You wouldn't happen to know which of those boxes had the beveled and standard case for "Name This Game" would you? Maybe they both are standard or both beveled? No I don't expect you to break the shrinkwrap, but maybe you remember?

+Omegamatrix #5 Posted February 12, 2007 I like how you lined them up by product number. After the first three games Vidtec was dropped, and Towering Inferno was the last black label released. I'm wondering then if the standard or beveled cases came out one after another or both at the same time? It seems more likely that they would switch from one type to the other after time, but you never know. Anyone have both versions boxed that they are sure haven't been mixed and matched? Are the boxes the same?
+Omegamatrix #6 Posted February 12, 2007 Well after digging around a little bit more I see that the standard cart for Name This Game has "and win $10,000" below the title. The standard cart must go with the box that says Sweepstakes! on the spine. The beveled cart does not say "and win $10,000" on the front label, so maybe this points to the beveled carts being a later release? I looked at them all and they have the same copyrights and product numbers. Not much else to go on. Anyone have more info?
