Anybody else having issues with Ebay's Paypal interface?

As the topic states, I'm trying to send a payment for 3 auctions I won from GoAtari, and I keep getting an error and a Transaction Cancelled message. Now I could go ahead and send money through Paypal but that wouldn't get me my $15 rebate from Paypal since their deal excludes personal transactions Anybody else having this issue?

Yes their system must be screwed up today. Can't send paypal payment through ebay today either kind of glad u posted this so i know it wasn't just me!
