well it can be done.. Matthias Domin hacked the Jag Doom source code to get around the reverse endian wad problem, 32X used the same source code as the Jag version (much like how Morrowind was programmed for the PC and Xbox simultaneously and has tags for both version) it has Jag only and 32X only instruction in the code that switch to compile for each machine so if you can get around the wad problem you probly could but you could only use it on a computer since 32X doom used up almost every scrap of rom space (thats why theirs no floor and ceiling textures because they scrapped them to free more rom)
