Jaguar repros carts for sale?

There really isn't a need for it. There are still plenty of Jaguar carts out there.

Generally, no. Most games are pretty easy to track down on eBay for cheaper than a repro would cost to make. For the most part, the rarer games are still being actively sold (Telegames, Songbird) or aren't in enough demand to make it worth running off copies (say Atari Karts or Ultra Vortek).

 

As noted above, B&C make repros of a handful of protos (SW2K, BHH, BSUJ) or are not being actively protected by the copyright holder (Aircars).
