This week's finds for $25 dollars.

I went to a local thrift and this is what i found

1. Texas Instruments TI-99/4A (it's kind of beat up, but fixable.. Does anyone know if this is rare?)

2. 2 Texas Instrument Controllers

3.Early Learning Fun- for the TI-99/4A

4.Parsec- for the TI-99/4A

5.Beginning Grammer- for the TI-99/4A

6.Coleco Vision controller

7.Coleco Vision Power Supply ( :x :x :x Of course no damn colecovision!!!)

8. Jeopardy- for the Sega Genisis

SO how do you think I did, it came out to be 28 dollars. :D :) :D :) :D :) :D :) :D :) :) :D :D :D :) :) :D :) :D :D :D :) :D :) :D :D 8) :| :( :sad: :wink: ;) :P :? :ponder: :roll: :yawn: :x :twisted: :love: :!: :?: :idea: :arrow:

The two TI controllers are harder to find than the TI computer (I've got about 4 computers, and *no* controllers). Although the TI uses a 9-pin joystick port, it isn't compatible with Atari joysticks.. so you either have to get TI joysticks or a WICO adapter (I chose the latter).

 

All in all, not a bad find. You didn't get a *super* deal or anything, but I'd say you didn't overpay. The TI has a ton of great cartridge games.. Donkey Kong and Moon Patrol are terrific for that system.

how much for the coleco powersupply?

 

ive had my coleco vision with adam sitting in my room

for MONTHS now and I have yet to play the damn thing

i have like 20 games too! i want to play it! wahhhh :sad:
