Nukey Shay #2 Posted June 23, 2002 You use the oldskool red/blue 3D glasses with that game. Some comic shops carry them. http://www.3dglasses.net/

Nukey Shay #6 Posted June 23, 2002 Nope...can't help you with SMS 3D. That used special liquid-crystal glasses that plugged into the deck. But they had a much better effect. BTW the effect usually is selectable...read the FAQ's for the game (you hold down a button or something).
Adrian M #7 Posted June 24, 2002 I've always maintained that the NES 3D system never really worked. Worldrunner and Rad Racer were indeed the only games with 3D support. The SMS used those awesome LCD shutter glasses that delivered TRUE 3D! Maze Hunter3D and Missile Defense 3D had awesome effects. And you can turn off the flickering 3D mode if you don't have the glasses. I forget how exactly (I think you press pause at the title screen or Up and 1,2 or something like that), but it can be done on Zaxxon 3D and Maze Hunter. Not sure about Missile Defense though. An extra tidbit..sometimes if you turned the SMS off, one of the LCD shutters would remain in the "on" state, thus blocking your vision in one eye. Interesting effect to say the least!!
