Yes, quite a few games are available in PAL and NTSC flavors. Some games also support both PAL and NTSC natively (usually selected through a difficulty switch or other means). The description for each game in the store clearly states which formats the game is available for. Also, games that are available as separate PAL and NTSC versions have a drop-down, as pictured below:
