Ramdisk Article?

IIRC, an article was published in a US print magazine that had a step-by-step "how-to" on setting up a ramdisk under Dos 2.5. I mean the coding, memory locations, etc. -- not just configuring a ramdisk. IIRC this one went on to set up two SD ramdisks under a 320K machine. Does anyone remember this article or something along the same lines? Thanks.

Well, that was quick! I found what I think was the article at the the classic computer magazine archive. It was by Tim Patrick -- "SMARTRAM 2.5" from the Sept, 1989 issue of Antic.

 

But if anyone remembers any other ramdisk articles, I'd still appreciate knowing about them.

I know that Bob Wooleys 1 meg simm upgrade for the 1200xl has some instructions for patching MyDos , may be informative..
