riffraff
Last day for this auction.. 11:59pm PST tonight. Edit: Also, Chess bid retracted as the label was a bit too worn for Tim's liking. If you are interested on this cart, min bid set at $7. Shawn
cart auction.. classic r.g.v.c. style! Cool idea man, I hope you do well. Shame half of the kids/n00bs people don't even know what you are talking about. And best not even mention ATARICHAT via IRC, some might pass out (or just feel old cause they do know all about the golden days) and BBS might actually be some sort of slang the kids use to insult each other these days so also stear clear of such abriviations
FND
This is how I remember the auction format, A few days of bidding then into the going once, going twice mode
riffraff
This is how I remember the auction format, A few days of bidding then into the going once, going twice mode Yes that was the most popular. The anti-snipe auction! Also the best for the auctioneer becuase they were nearly guaranteed to get the most money from what they were selling. I remember sending email to ppl when they were outbid to "remind" them of the fact in case they wanted to go higher. **rubs hands together greedily** I forgot that JDH had a winning bid but otherwise this auction went smooth
glitch
I believe that format was used more for single item auctions also. Different people ran it differently. On multi item auctions like this one some would keep the whole auction going where others would close the items that had not received bids On a side note, my games arrived today in great shape. Thanks again riffraff
