For your amusement- the .35 MP Vivatar Crappola!

Recommended Posts

Ha! I have a .35 MP Vivitar camera NIB that one of my relatives never used. Was thinking about listing it for 20 cent listing day but then decided not to. The only thing I can think of is someone buying it for their kids to play with.

OMG that is one hell of a funny listing! My stitches now hurt... literally. That was very well done!

Oh, and you also almost got me to bid on it just for shits and giggles, but I don't think my husband would have been very happy. :ponder: Maybe we could have used it for a teether for our baby. :P

"I bought this at Walmart for $65. I think it was too expensive for the quality. The pictures don't show up if you take them in the dark and the quality of most of the lit pictures is poor to good, but not great or exceptional. I wouldn't recommend buying this. It's too expensive for what you get-- which is nearly nothing."

poor fuck.

I think that's a really clever piece of psychology- he doesn't say the camera is GOOD... he just says it isn't worth $65. So, the implication is: If you buy it for $19.95 you're only getting ripped off for 1/3 as much! That's almost the same thing as a bargain, if you're a retard.

Nothing against retards. Retards are, for the most part, just good people who wear their pants too high.

That was definitely a good laugh, but it seems to me that you actually lost money in the transaction with your ebay and paypal fees. That is why I am choosing to sell mine at a garage sale. Some old lady will buy it for her grandkid for the amazing low price of $29.99. No seriously I was considering trying to get $5 for it since it is NIB.

Final Sale Price: $.01! (Suckers.)

Taxman,

It's not about making the big sale price. It's more than that; I made chickybaby laugh... hindsr said he/she "needed (it.)" So, there's the intrinsic feeling of good that makes it all worthwhile-- The feeling that I'm lightening the mood and making the world a better place.

That and inflated shipping costs. C%^)-~ Night Driver!

True. I did enjoy reading the listing too. Makes me wish more ebay sellers were that honest about their products.
