SpaceHunter
What's a reasonable price for the MAC 65 cartridge and manual? What would you pay? Thanks!
Wrathchild
Mine went for £16.00 (GBP) last October, though I did think it may have gone for a few pounds more. I guess that would make it around of $30 based on the current exchange rate. Edited March 22, 2007 by Wrathchild
tjb
You may already know this but AtariMax offered a reproduction of the Mac/65 cartridge at one point. It is probably still available. Also, B & C ComputerVisions sells the Mac/65 manual new for 14.95. That's where I got my manual. tjb

I've contacted B and C and he/she wanted around $75 for the cartridge and manual. Seems a bit steep to me, but what do I know
tjb
Here's a reproduction cart for $35.00. There's a link on the page to a .pdf file that has a manual on Mac/65. http://www.8bitclassics.com/index.php?page...t&Itemid=26 Hope this helps. tjb

carmel_andrews
I still have mine (the cart and manual), there seems to be a prob with the cart though from the last time i plugged it in a few years ago, it seemed to jump straight into the DDT and not the Mac 65 editor screen, you had to press option to get into the mac 65 editor screen I know that normally the Mac65 usually boots into the Mac65 ediitor screen and not the DDT
8bitclassics
Actually mine is AtariMax's, I just offer the convenience of Credit Card ordering. BTW, I do plan on finishing the PDF version of the manual sometime in the future. Corey

carmel_andrews
Originally bought mine in Sillica (Sidcup) for the princely sum of 70 GBP (just before OSS/ICD signed a distribution agreement with frontier to sell/market oss/icd products in the UK at reduced prices)
