A Japanese Aladdin's cave for old hardware / software

A friend in Japan just sent me this link which isn't necessarly news but if you haven't seen this it's quite cool some of the things you could buy. I know that I would end up leaving this place a LOT poorer.

That is pretty impressive. Of great surprise was the table of five-game bundles for 500 yen. Isn't that less than $5? Beats the hell out of prices in any American stores that i know of.

And that's $5 boxed, and probably a good percentage even have instructions. Wow.

Well, those places have some killer deals but remember to get over there the plane ticket isn't cheap and don't forget stayin expenses. That's where all your saves will end up going but will in the long run be worth it because you're actually getting involved with the culture there plus the selection is far better. Totally worth it if you have the money for such an adventure. I hope to one day visit Japan.

I´ve actually used his reviews several times to gauge whether or not a game is worth the hunt.

Pretty impressive collections he´s got, esp Sega Saturn.

wow that just ticks me off.. its SATURN twin sticks, and you can use them to play gundam side story 2 and 3 on as well... they toot up the arcade stick but not the twin sticks? BAH

 

on a lighter note.. god i wish i had a super famicon... esp that nice one thats all nice and boxed and shrink wrapped :drool:

Uh, I think he was talking about the Dual Analog Flight Stick in the middle of the shelf. Big ugly gray thing in shrink wrap. I bought one of those at a flea market last year. So what game or games DO work with it?
