Gorf #26 Posted April 4, 2007 Graphically I dont think so. Typhoon is pretty good...however...it 's not as well done in the play area. Some day I mayl do a tempest clone and I will adhere to the ARCADE to the letter like with Gorf. dont expect that for a few decades at this point... Gorf #28 Posted April 5, 2007 Again...its not an official project by any means...just something i always wanted to try. Again.....it will be a VERY LONG TIME if and when i ever do a Tempest.
Keatah #29 Posted April 3, 2008 Awesome game, played it for over 4 hours straight non-stop. You can make it CTD by playing it good enough that you get tries at the warp stages. I mean to say the damned thing will crash if you try to get to the second warp screen..

+Stephen #33 Posted April 12, 2008 For X360 owners -> Space Giraffe from well known Llamasoft. Eat this Sfx is absolutely brilliant! It is a wonderful game. I have actually beat all 100 levels. Super OX mode it beyond insane. I am only at level 17 or so! His next installment, GridRunner +++ (no word on official name) should be out very soon. I've seen it in action, it looks great. Albert #34 Posted November 11, 2013 Someone told me about this game (Typhoon 2K1) at the Houston Arcade Expo this weekend. Looks like the original website is long gone. Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this? Thanks, ..Al

Albert #36 Posted November 11, 2013 Thanks! I saw that forum thread linked from Google, but didn't actually look at it. This was the first link when I searched for "typhoon 2k1". ..Al
