(core), a new Atari 2600 demo

We released another 4k demo for the Atari 2600 at the Breakpoint 2007 demoparty in Bingen, Germany.

 

This time we worked in collaboration with the demogroup PWP, which is mainly known for VIC-20 demos.

Speech synth:

 

I think the software speech synthesizer is the first on Atari 2600 (though Open Sesame has some kind of speech samples, doesn't it?)

Very Good.

 

I think it is the first native 'speech synth' for the 2600.

 

Too bad this is PAL, because It rolls on my NTSC 2600.

 

Any chance you can spit out an NTSC version?

Well, for the speech synth, yes. For the demo, well, not really. Everything is pretty much coded PAL only.
