revsdr
i was scrolling through the auctions and seen this " with 2 min. left " http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...N:IT&ih=018 look at the first game listed.... so i throw up a serious bid so i wouldnt be out bid,and asked him 3 times now for pics of air raid with no results...i know hes online cause he sent me an invoice for the purchase. if it is anyone from here then you should know better than try anything like this. i guess i will now go through ebay to get the transaction voided. Headfamily
Go through with it, but if you don't get air raid then paypal claim and get money back. Never hurts, you lose a little, or you could small claim him in court.
decypher
Sounds too good to be true. Congrads if it is a Air Raid. Jim
krypton85
My guess is that it's "Air Raiders"

Did you happen to notice the AIR RAIDERS box in the 3rd picture? I suspect that the seller listed it incorrectly as AIR RAID.
Elthesh
Seems more likely that in typing it up, he typed Air Raid instead of Raiders as the game Air Raiders is in one of the pictures and not listed in the list, so it was most likely a mistype. My suggestion, don't screw with the guy for his typo, the Back To School Pak alone is worth it.
phaxda
I have actually done this myself, by accident. Someone IM'ed me about it and I changed it right away--was amazed at how many watch lists I activated with that one...even after I changed it, people were still messaging me. plaidbrad3141
I understand the confusion, but if I see Air Raid listed, don't see the cart but see an Air Raiders box, I'd assume its just a typo.

Air Raid or not, that's a pretty good deal for the Back to School Pak plus all of those other boxed games. Chris
Shawn
I thought this was about the fact your scored a mint BTSP. Fuck the Air Raid cart the BTSP is worth your $100 bucks. Pawn off the rest of the shit if you need too and you'll get your money back and a free BTSP. Nice haul.
lemoncurry
Pic shows 22 games, just like he listed. Ad says untested, how would he know that it was called Air Raid when it's not on the label? (If it's even on the screen either, I forget). Obviously no Air Raid in any of the pics, would be hard to miss. If he was trying to pull something, why would he not say anything about the rarity or put it in the title? It's a typo. When you found it with three minutes to go, your emotions swept you away and you had no time to ask questions or think it through. Do you really think no other real Atari collector saw this lot? If you really don't want the lot, it is you who should apologize to him and you could educate him, if need be, that if you mutually agree to cancel the transaction he will get his FVF back and then be able to relist for free. The BTSP apparently has no games in it... Would a purist stick loose copies into the boxes, even if the labels don't vary (I don't know whether they do)? It is a shame when people here screw people on ebay... http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=105097 I understand that you have a problem with this guy (and perhaps rightfully so), but spilling it over into other threads is very uncool.
