No problem CB, even if shipping is high to canada--its still a good deal. Polar Rescue is pretty rare in the vectrex world. I have played my vectrex as much as any system i have and i love it!! You will have a blast playing it, congrats and enjoy!!

Pretty good deal, certainly undervalued, though the price on loose carts, even the rarest ones, has been coming down recently. Only complete ones are holding value, and maybe going up a bit.

you are right about that. My zuction went cheap a while back. I had 30 games... and some good rare ones too. I also had I Cyborg.

 

I wish I had not sold it, but it brought in some cash. Just... not as much as I expected it to.

The lightpen carts and the 3D games are probably only on about the $20-25 mark each now, and Star Castle and Polar Rescue probs $50 tops each. Complete however, different game, Polar Rescue is still a $150 game all together in a decent box...

 

(well that's what I paid for the one sitting on my shelf!)

I was going to make some repro lightpens... but I never figured out the circuit to get it to work. I have all of the supplies, and enough to make 40 pens. But no dice....

 

I figured if they were made fairly well I could sell em for $25 or something. But oh well

Are you building the original circuit or the modified version ?

 

I know a lot of guys say the modified works better
