yuppicide #1 Posted April 24, 2007 I went to a fleamarket this weekend. Picked up these two items. 1 - Game.com system - in box and I believe had manual. Is in pretty good condition, has battery cover, all buttons and knobs and what not. Looks and plays good. Has two games: Lights Out with manual and Quiz Wiz without manual. Is missing the little stylus thing. I tested it out with a pen and it works. I paid $5. I'm selling it for $5 + Shipping. 2 - SNES Multicart 7 in 1. Label has a rip in it where the 7 is in 7 in 1. I'm guessing it's 7 in 1 because the label shows 7 drawings. I remember Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles on the cover. I'll take a picture of this tommorow as I forgot to bring it into work. Here's the best part about this! I walked by and saw it and said "How much?" and some Spanish looking kid about 14 or 15 years old said "$15" so I walked away. I finished walking through the fleamarket, got back and a guy was there on his cellphone. I said "How much?" and he flashes me a sign 2. I said "$2?" and that was that. I have no way to test this. I'd like $5 also for this + shipping.

So, after you messaged me with how much shipping would be for the two and I agreed.....I'm curious how much the "other person" that you are actually going to sell the multi-cart to offered? Yeah, you are reading this right, I messaged for it and was given a shipping cost and agreed and am now told that it's sold but "the game.com is mine if I want it." As I stated in my PM, you can shove your game.com. I may be a lot of things and you go ahead and dig up whatever you want on me but you are a jackass and I'll never do business with you. Delete my comment if you like but I speak the truth. I'm sure the excuse will be that the seller received a PM before mine but that kind of goes down the crapper since you PM'd me right back and told me the shipping and were inquiring where you would be shipping the two items. SpendTooMuchOnAtari #5 Posted April 24, 2007 Calm down, it's just a game.com and a pirate cart... Calm down? Never heard of it. Brilliant advice but honesty is what it comes down to and I'll settle for nothing less. game.com's and pirate carts are not an issue, the pirate is already sold. DefaultGen #6 Posted April 25, 2007 Damn, me woulda wanted that pirate cart Is the Game.com still available?
yuppicide #7 Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) First off, I didn't get offered more. I sold it to ****** because she was the first to message me. She bought it for $5 + $4.55 priority shipping. Second, why did I tell you the shipping?! Priority shipping is $4.55 no matter if I'd have shipped one item or two. They are both small enough to fit in that small priority box. I'm sorry you feel I cheated you, but the fact was she did message me first before, she did send me the payment. I was and never had any intention to make more money on this. I paid what I paid and I sold for what I said in the message. I bought it with the intent to sell it to a collector here who would appreciate it, not make money to buy a house off it. I love multicarts! I just don't have an SNES at the moment or I'd have kept it for myself. I just hadn't got a chance to update the message because I am at work on the internet and I don't have a lot of time, plus your messages I was responding to. Multicart sold for $5 + $4.55 shipping not that it's any of your business. Game.com still available at this time. yuppicide #8 Posted April 26, 2007 (edited) Yes the Game.com is still available because this other person seems to think I have it out for them or something. If you're in the US priority shipping via USPS is $4.55 which includes delivery confirmation. If you want insurance it'll be more. Let me know. *****: If you're reading this sorry I called your name out if you didn't want me to, but this person really had some nerve saying what he said. I hope he doesn't go bothering you now because I said your name. I just wanted to prove that I didn't accept an offer for more money. He said I got a private message for more money which I didn't. Damn, me woulda wanted that pirate cart Is the Game.com still available? Edited April 26, 2007 by yuppicide
jetset #9 Posted April 26, 2007 I wish we didnt use PM's for buying and selling. I know of a few occasions where I was the first to PM someone, got a "they're yours" reply, then 20 mins later an "oops, I hadnt noticed "so and so" had msgd me first and they bought the whole lot of games. You can pretty much tell when the ultimate "winner" didn't bother to put a "pm sent" in the thread he or she just pm'd after the fact and offered more. Not that Im saying thats what happened here at all, and really even if is it so what, that's the way it goes.
Shawn #10 Posted April 26, 2007 CNN - THIS JUST IN: Small count SNES multicarts sell in Thiland and all over Asia for about $1 to $3 USD each everyday all day and are not worth fighting over.
bretthorror #11 Posted April 26, 2007 I'll take the Game.com if you'll ship to Canada. I'll be back online at around 3:00 am.
SpendTooMuchOnAtari #12 Posted April 26, 2007 honesty is what it comes down to .....or lack of. I don't give two shits about the games, I just don't like to be treated like an idiot. Don't respond to my PM telling me how much it costs to send the items and then tell me, WHOOPS, someone PM'd me first. The world is full of dummies and you may fool most with that nonsense but I've been around the block a couple times. Fighting you say? No. I'm just calling it as it is. I guess you guys see it as a bad trait but if something isn't right, I'll speak up. That Yuppi won't see this anyway because I have made it to another "ignore list" and I was told to have fun being on it in the PM that I received so here I am baby.....being ignored
Chickybaby #13 Posted April 26, 2007 Cripes I forgot to post "PM sent" and I sent him one as soon as I saw the multicart thread get posted. I'm not sorry I spent $5 on myself. I have a baby with colic and a family I have to take care of, plus I am hurting like all hell today so my nerves are fried. I'll flog myself later since I have to go feed the baby right now. And no, I won't post pics. Also, not everyone wants everyone to know what the do with theri $. I am sure there are a lot of people who have insane collections of rare stuff and don't want people to know about them. Have a nice day guys and life is too short. Try to enjoy and take care. yuppicide #14 Posted April 27, 2007 The game.com is spoken for the guy in Canada. As soon as I get your postal code I'll get you a price on shipping.
yuppicide #15 Posted April 27, 2007 I'm not saying this is a bad "trait" or did you mean to say trade? You're mad because someone else beat you to buying a multicart. You really are the idiot here. I am sorry to say. The PM for the multicart came through at 11:49AM. Your reply to this post came through at 11:57AM. Therefore she was first and you are 8 minutes later than her. She wanted the multicart, she agreed to buy it and I sold it. Anyone can go through my PM and find that I agreed to sell it for $5 + $4.55. Anyone mods here can gothrough my PM box and find what time the message came through and find what it said. You, sir, are not calling anything as it is. You're calling it as YOU see it, so unless you can tell what time her message came through and tell how much I sold it for then everything you said is a lie. It's not a big deal, but still I don't like being accused of trying to sell a multicart for $8 million dollars to put my kid through college. I'm afraid to go back and read some of your 1900+ other posts here. They're probably all just as stupid. You say you've been around the block a few times? Why did you stop going around the block? Cops busted you for being a hooker again? With that said I'm through talking to you, through dealing with you, and this post should be locked. Both items are happily sold and going to good homes. SpendTooMuchOnAtari #16 Posted April 27, 2007 You say you're done with me now, I thought you were done when you told me I was on your ignore list in the lovely PM you sent. Name calling now? I'm a Hooker? What, are you 12 years old? I'm done buddy.....have you seen the movie "Grudge"? Pretty good flick, the Foreign Original is what I prefer but even the Remake with that Sarah Bitchell Gellar wasn't too bad. Gotta go, a "John" just called and he is a freaky one....you wouldn't believe the things he wants me to do. I'll post details after I'm done......that's if I don't get caught by the Cops. SpendTooMuchOnAtari #17 Posted April 27, 2007 I'm throwing in a quick quote. Just for the record, in case yuppicide reads it again and realizes how ignorant some of it is. Bottom line, you should look who PM's you first and of course read that one and take the appropriate action, don't PM the second person (me) telling me the shipping and basically leading me to believe that I got them if I agree to the shipping. If you knew how to check your PM's, none of this would have happened. Even after your silly statements and name-calling, I'll apologize for what I said. I just hope you can understand how fishy the whole thing went and how it could be frustrating. Really, if you just PM'd the first person that PM'd you and that was that, I never would have been under the assumption that you were selling them to me. Not only did I have you PM'ing me right away after but I also did the "PM Sent" first in the thread (which I know now doesn't mean a damn thing). I'm not saying this is a bad "trait" or did you mean to say trade? You're mad because someone else beat you to buying a multicart. You really are the idiot here. I am sorry to say. CGQuarterly #18 Posted April 27, 2007 (edited) Holy SHIT can you two ladies take it to PMs or something?!?! Threads belonging to people actually trying to SELL STUFF are getting pushed down the page so that you two can bitch each other out. Chris Edit: Yeah I bumped the thread once to "add my two cents" but I wasn't the one that went on and on and flamed another member because I got "screwed" out of some $3 cart. If you don't want to be treated like an idiot, stop acting like one. Edited April 28, 2007 by Jibbajaba

I'm not sure what award you are looking to win by selling everything that you find for the exact same price but it's actually not that flattering. yuppicide #24 Posted May 3, 2007 Don't look to win anything by selling things for what I paid. Was just not looking to be accused of accepting a higher offer through private message when it was not the case. I bought the items with the intention that someone here would want them because they were cheap and a good deal.
