homerwannabee #1 Posted April 24, 2007 (edited) Ok it's time for the second hall of fame vote. Last year Marco was the very first inductee to my unoficial hall of fame. The rules are basic. You are alowed to vote for up to 10 people. If you vote for 14 I will only take the first 10. You need 75 percent of the vote to get into the hall of fame. If no one has that then the person with the highest percentage will get in. Also you can not vote for Marco since he is already in the hall of fame. Here is my ballot 1. Wonder007 2. CPUWIZ 3. Curt Vendell 4. Crunchysuperman 5. Cincynoti 6. Jerry Greiner 7. 5th Ghost 8. Rick Weiss 9. Bfstats 10. Ianoid Current Hall Of fame member Marco Edited April 24, 2007 by homerwannabee
+Omegamatrix #2 Posted April 24, 2007 Is this a vote for who has the best collection or people that have contributed in some shape or form to the Atari community? I love how we are always voting on peoples collections that we have for the most part never even seen.

homerwannabee #5 Posted April 24, 2007 (edited) Is it wrong to vote for yourself? Jim No it's not wrong and you can do that. But I would consider you in a strong running for rookie of the year. Edited April 24, 2007 by homerwannabee

No I have not seen his collection, but you have to realize not everyone is going to have the same Hall of Fame vote list. Also this vote is open to anyone who is an Atariage member
PressureCooker2600 #13 Posted April 24, 2007 And how old are they? Bean is about 2-3 months old if I'm correct. And I'll nominate good ole Cassidy for Hall of Famer. Great guy. Until he turns out to be a serial killer. .........

riffraff #16 Posted April 25, 2007 I'd be farther along if I had not have taken 10 years off.. but here's my 2600 collection. I have to have a look and see what others have to make my own list of candidates.
DreamTR #17 Posted April 25, 2007 LOL this thread is funny. I bet half the people don't even have their games anymore (the old schoolers) because they sold most of them. I think Wonder has a lot of the big money items, but he does not have a LOT of the mid-tier boxed stuff.
PressureCooker2600 #18 Posted April 25, 2007 Damn...Rolenta....that's a lot. At least I have more NES than ya'. 200+ and counting.
jetset #19 Posted April 25, 2007 I'm pretty sure Ataripitbull needs to be in this list. Probably Tempest as well. Unless that is, if you're basing this on pure # of carts. If you're going by neat Atari *stuff* they both probablly deserve to be nominated.
Crazy Climber #20 Posted April 25, 2007 Cassidy Nolan bf stats Tradengames Ataripitbull Tom Brazil Rom Hunter - even though he doesn't own any actual games he has one hell of a collection These are the only peoples collections I have actually seen photos of. I would say Tempest since I saw his collection in person but I am pretty sure he sold all his 2600 proto's If I forgot anyone or you would like to show me some pics of your collection let me know. I also wrote the chapter about the 2600 that appears in Supercade (as well as a chapter on the 2600 in Mark J. P. Wolf's forthcoming book From Pinball to Playstation: A History of Video Games ) Edited April 25, 2007 by rolenta

2600 Forever #25 Posted April 25, 2007 I nominate myself as the youngest Atari 2600 collector and the youngest 2600 hacker. I nominate you as the most annoying youngest AtariAge member. How's that ultra rare heavy sixer of yours doing? Still making noise from the speaker holes?
