Defender label variation

Recommended Posts

I found this going thru my stuff. Kind of an interesting label to me as I haven't seen any other titles with it. It's PAL.

I've always liked this cart. Your photo looks like a green label to me though Riffraff, and I don't know if it's your camera or my color blind eyes. Anyhow it's this variation. As for rarity AA gives it a 6, but the PAL cart database says it's a five. I'd go with the PAL cart database. Good label variation to own!

It's blue - you're definitely color blind. :D

I like that label too. Defender has quite a few variations - I've found six Atari & two Sears so far.

This one is the coolest variant by far, Kinda like the Orange (NTSC) Breakout. Anything aside from black is a nice change of speed :)

Checking.... Yep, still looks green even though I know it to be blue. In other photos it looks blue to me, but not this one!

It's pretty pale in his photo above, like a sky blue. I don't know if his label is faded or if it's an artifact of the image. The real/original color is probably the same medium blue as the title text on the regular Defender black label.
