AtariWriter + for 256K?

Does anyone know if AW+ was ever modified to allow banking for more than a 128K machine? Just curious, since I've got a few very large files that I'd like to edit without splitting/joining or editing on the PC.

He was an AtariWriter+ guru and even wrote a book about AtariWriter+ tips and secrets.
