Foxsolo2000
Man, am I sick of these "of All Time" lists... I totally agree. I am all for people posting opinions but these lists have gone on long enough. People please lets just agree to disagree and leave it at that for none of us will ever agree on what is truly apalling and what isn't
HP Atari King of Michigan
I also agree that there are far worst games out there; 2600 and other systems. I think this list is pretty much the most-known "worst games".
Dauber
You didn't like Glen or Glenda? Haven't seen it. Orgy of the Dead was pretty bad, though. Compared to that one, Plan Nine seemed pretty brilliant. Yeah, but....Ed Wood only wrote the screenplay for Orgy; he didn't direct it or perform in it...can it be a true Ed Wood movie? My problem is that the story is just plain boring -- a couple goes to a cemetery and secretly watches a bunch of zombie strippers perform for Criswell, who repeats his Night Of The Ghouls intro in the beginning of the movie. Glen Or Glenda? -- really bad, but the thing is the badness of it is so amusing that it begs for repeated watching. Can't, ergo, be truly considered a bad movie. Jailbait -- actually a really good story, excellent suspense, not bad acting. Only problem is that you figure out the ending fairly early. Bride Of The Monster -- not bad horror/sci-fi for its time, actually, and you gotta love the last line. Not really a bad flick, partly for the reasons that the things people consider bad about it are so funny that it's good. (And no, Lugosi did NOT say that Lobo was as "gentle as a kitchen.") Plan 9 -- Interesting story but a lot of holes in it. But seriously, probably one of Wood's LEAST bad movies, although the mistakes and plot holes do lend to a lot of hilarity. And ya gotta love Bunny Breckinridge as the ruler of the planet. Night of the Ghouls -- not bad, but not exciting either...although the special effects during the seance were pretty cool (i.e., slowing down a tape recording) Orgy of the Dead -- okay if all you care about is boobs. But very boring. Having said that, any of his pornos from when he started sinking into serious alcoholism has got to be infinitely worse than the "canon" of Ed Wood films. Now....Pac-Man ain't a bad 2600 game; just a bad conversion. ET sucks, I don't care what anybody says. But the one I personally hate the most: Cosmic Ark. Ite
What a shame that Custer's Revenge is on that list. I love that game.
travelnjones
basically those people have no clue. They are attacking old systems with little credit for the inventiveness of the titles. Even the warrior within, it is the weakest of the series but its way better than the new TMNT game they just released. You want a bad Atari game try "Encouter at L-7" or whatever it is. Maybe that goofy Journey game that was out in the arcades. Or visit any modern arcade, and look around those games suck. Walk in and spin around and you will see a see of gun, racing, and musical timing based games. Atari was never so boring as that
