PS2 PGEN, SNES, etc.

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to figure out how to get PGEN working along with others. I simply want to run everything from a DVD... until I get my HD running in it. I have a chipped PStwo... any suggestions?

I have Alcohol 120 and Nero 6... I can't figure out what to do to get the darned disk to work.

Thanks

Well... I've tried multiple multiple times. Still nothing but costers. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I wasn't too concerned with it for myself, but I was thinking my kiddos would love to play all of the games.

I burned those emulators a couple of years ago, but i'm not really sure how to do it now.

It is a major to get the image built correctly. I think that you just have to find the right tutorial.

If you have action replay max for the ps2, it come with software that will compile the pgen image for you,

but you have to use the action replay disc to boot the emulator.

From what i've tried so far.

Pgen seems to work farily well. Compatibillity is decent, it runs full speed, but the sound is kind of off.

Snes-station is still fairly slow with a very small handful of games that can run close to full speed.

It's not really worth it.

Pvcs is an atari 2600 emulator. it runs full speed and has good compatibillity.

Imbnes is a nes emulator for the playstation. it runs at full speed and has good compatibillity.

It come with software that will compile a disc image for you.

If you know how to boot psx backups on the ps2, then your all set.
