FS: 1943 Kai (The Battle of Midway) for the PC Engine/TG16

While cleaning out my closet yesterday, I found a copy of 1943 Kai (The Battle of Midway) for the PC Engine (Turbo Grafx 16 in the US). It's complete with HuCard, case, and inserts, and in great shape. This game will only work on Japanese systems, unless you use an adapter. You can read all about the game here.

Is this a US HU CARD? If so I want it. I don't think it was made for the US though... was it?
