super_dos_man #1 Posted May 15, 2007 I got this game 2 days ago at a flea market. I put it into my ps2 and start the game. When I get to the save point the game says, "No memory card detected" so i thought something was wrong with the memory. So then I put in ff12 and it saves fine. Does anyone know why ff7 won't save? Emehr #2 Posted May 15, 2007 Just tossing a guess out, but are you using a PS1 memory card? It may require that.

Lord Helmet #5 Posted May 15, 2007 You might try formatting your memory card, or even try putting it in the second slot.

EricDeLee #11 Posted May 16, 2007 Step 5: Cancel all activities for at least a month. and so on... A month???? I've been playing this game since it came out. I just RECENTLY got to disk 2. I've been wanting to finish it, but I've never had the chance. I remember picking up my first copy of this at a Walmart.... they made a pricing error and I picked up a few of them at $7 or so a piece. I don't have those anymore. Such a shame

I'm a sucker for all of the FF games though. They all have their faults , but I love 'em anyway. I think my favorite part of FF7 is the music though. As for not touching it for 10 years...no way man. I've played through it 4 times Edited May 16, 2007 by Lord Helmet
