Having problems with an Action 52 cart

Man, it's been a long time since I posted last! I'm having some problems getting my Action 52 cart (yes, I said cart - fear me! ) running for some reason and hoped someone here knows what to do with those. See, I had a broken pin on my connector set, and I replaced it last year, but Action 52 was one game that played nearly perfectly on my NES, and I think I played it a little after I replaced the connectors. It's not wanting to work now, though, and I don't have the sheet that came with the game, so I don't know if you're supposed to reset the system or turn the power off and back on until it works. Which is it?
